Valju , my respect for you has diminished. Transparency is a huge matter when you expect people to come on board and support you. I am not ashamed to admit my average which is £5.81 . And invested £660K . Money I know I will most likely never get back from my investment with Novacyt. The board at Novacyt have destroyed shareholders value.

You cannot state comments about 2020 & 2021 as Novacyt were not informing shareholders of the truth with exactly what was happening with their case , but stating strong grounds to DHSC case. We did not know the company were literally stringing investors along. Don't forget also the £100m organic growth in 5 years , the block buster biosensor etc .

Captain , I would only call Novacyt directors ambitious by them showing the market their confidence , and it is by them investing individually a minimal of £100K . Even that useless CEO , David Allmond invested £100K @ £2.31

I got fooled by one person and he should never have been rewarded with the LTIP. Graham Mullis in October 2020 stated Novacyt were ambitious and would be a mid cap company. He hyped up the share for his ~£10M . That is a criminal way to fool people out of money because it was misleading genuine shareholders like me, who was looking to invest in an ambitious company . I know so many investors lost money with Novacyt and had to bail out with losses.

wilson , losing £600k+ is painful. destroyed by novacyt board with their performance . i'm not going to recover that sum from novacyt ever , as the company is **** poor when it comes to protecting shareholders . what i mean by destroyed is that i will not be investing in stock market ever again , novacyt have destroyed me for that. just imagine if i had invested all that £660k in 2020 in the bank with base rate of 5.25% aer , with my money totally secure and zero risk. that's a return of £138,600 over 4 years.

Surprise surprise they pass all resolutions .. Where did they get the votes from ? Or where they forged ?

Neilrich , i dont trust these BOD , especially that LR and JW in charge . Next they will be issuing an RNS telling us they have instructed lawyers against the VAT office who are refusing to repay the VAT back .

The impression i am getting from Novacyt BOD is that they really don't care about private investors . Read the tone of the RNS , its not really positive is it ? they were forced to issue this RNS because of AGM and the RNS has a negative tone to it saying they are not certain of receiving the VAT refund and when exactly .

Should we be worried that these BOD are taking the SP down so they can come off the stock market and go private ?

Novacyt the company is a disgrace to its shareholders.

If you read the RNS the tone has a negative twist , which suggests to me that the BOD had to issue this RNS today prior to AGM to please the private investors for some votes. Otherwise they would not have informed the market aboutvthis VAT claim . The BOD knew all along about the VAT claim , so why they haven't they issued this RNS shortly after the DHSC case ?

The £12.2m VAT claim , I bet you they won't tell us anything when and if they receive it until some end of year accounting is made.

The £12.2m VAT claim is less than the sum paid to Graham Mullis and Anthony Dyer for their LTIP . This LTIP should never had been paid out as the DHSC contract was scrapped. How much did Novacyt pay its lawyers for the DHSC case ? So , this sum £12.3m VAT claim seems like scrapping some money back.

I cannot afford to sell up Novacyt shares . I have 113,597 @ average of £5.811 now.

I had bought another 100,000 shares @ 0.50p in February 2024 which had lowered my average to £3.40 , but sold 94,000 on 12th June following DHSC case.

Got no choice but hold , and accept Novacyt shares may go to 0p one day

Thoughts everyone , how low can this SP go down to , what is the bottom ?

Val , I sold 94,000 Novacyt shares and cashed back my £50K on 12th July 2024 . I did have at one stage 210,000 Novacyt shares

I received an email from Walbrook PR director saying my screen shots of Novacyt shares will not be not counted . Has anyone else received these emails ?

I actually voted through Hargreaves Lansdown , and I have 113,597 shares , so are Walbrook PR saying they are not accepting my votes ?
