I am certain that Jarrovian is absolutely correct. If the prospective and present oil-fields were to be, or were, stationed in, Yorkshire, Tyneside, South Wales, Lancashire or Derbyshire etc, then there would be little, if any, protest from the south coast nimby's. Where were the protesters when the Selby coalfields were commissioned, or to go further back, the Cornish tin mines (for Lynthip's benefit)? Get real, no oil, no dole money. There are many people in the north who wish they could afford to protest against many of the injustices of wealth distribution which never seem to benefit the real producers of wealth in this country / uk.

In answer to your post of Sat 19.16 re 'finding Lord Lucan before the SP reached 8p ', I would refer you to a previous post of yours (Wed 18.24) and I quote ' those who bought at 4/5/6/7/8p will (IN YOUR OPINION) probably sell at breakeven'. In my opinion, that clearly infers that you expect those that bought at 8p to be in a position, if they so wish, to get their investment back without loss. I disagree about ifonly1. IMO he was never invested in UKOG. He claimed to be so when challenged about his defamatory remarks about SS etc. Within a few hours he was slating it off and claiming he 'bought in by accident'. Th\at is the biggest laugh of all trolling that I've seen. He tells all and sundry about his 'alleged' investment, how much and how many. I think he is a fantasy share player.
