More opinion I wanted to add: I don't think this will be allowed to grow into another ARM. I think it will be bought up, probably by Microsoft who it represents a future threat to, assuming they can wrestle the shares off investors (Sony and ARM being two of them) - good luck with that!!! The Raspberry Pi 5 is a decent desktop replacement that runs Linux, not Windows, at a much lower price and power than desktop or even mini PCs.
Regarding AI, RPI has an official AI coprocessor board that they just released however it uses someone else's chip so AI is not really a good reason to buy RPI IMO. I suppose if you say "AI" enough times it will pump the price so, AI AI AI AI AI AI!
Maybe one day RPI will make their own AI silicon.... one can dream!
All IMO, DYOR, AI, AI, AI, AI etc etc.
