I have been following Axial3D for a while now and could never really see the reason why FDBK and Axial partnered .

Maybe this recent news from Axial gives a clue, or maybe another blind alley.

Skid. So you think that the statement from today's RNS is misleading.

"It is also reflective of the strong trading that we experienced in the first half of our FY 2023 year, and we expect to report revenue growth of approximately 45% for the six months to 31 October 2022"
That ALL of the 45% growth of revenue from first half trading to 31st October 22 is made up from slippage from last year and no new revenue gained during this period ?

If your a glass half empty type then you might say that yes, todays order is a drop in the ocean - but the 45% revenue growth the six months ending in October 22 is profound IMO ......especially when the old world view of Europe (and the world) only changed in late February 22 when Russia moved in on Ukraine. The ramifications of how unprotected Europe and USA and others are to CBRN incidents has been highlighted and the investment and business cases for each country will take time to filter through.
Unfortunately, we are in a new Zeitgeist and KMK and all are now selling their technology to defence buyers on a war footing as opposed to prior February 22 which was an era of relative slumber and peace in Europe. These contracts take time and we are only just over six months in to this new era, and already revenues climb 45%....

"We expect to report revenue growth of approximately 45% for the six months to 31 October 2022. This, combined with the momentum that we are seeing, particularly in the CBRN segment, underpins the Board's confidence in our prospects for the future."
KMK , the company and its products may not have changed - but many counties in the world have, and are very interested in self protection of critical infrastructure and their populations .

My fault. Realized shortly after that the GR1, The SIGMA and the TN-15 are all KMK detectors. Miriam are suppliers from what i can see, so they can supply KMK products to whatever industry.

Its Just that they seem to have won two UK tenders in Defence sector in late October 22, one on 28th October probably - and one of these tenders was worth £8 m. I'm wondering whether Miriam have won part of, or all the Radiation Detector Monitoring Contract - which was valued at £14-£17m and was for the maintenance and eventual replacement of the current UK network, as well as the supply of new monitors to enhance the current technology.
Maybe this tranche is for the maintenance which will involve parts...and the rest will follow.

I know its a long shot but maybe the £8 m is for maintenance of the existing 200 monitors and the other £ £6- £9 m is for the new monitors...

Its interesting Miriam have not commented on this win...whatever it turns out to be for, ..so radio silence at present.

It would be informative to see a write up from the judges or awarding organisation on why Modern Water ( and the others) won this award. They talk about the success of these company's in China ....just need them to add some detail on what basis MW where judged a success. I assume its a retrospective award , meaning its based on achievements made in China so far....and not potential.....I have had a look and i cant find any information supporting the awards for each company...just pictures.

I am no accountant so my view is just based on simple gut feeling and past experience.

There seems to be a black hole as far as perceived revenue is concerned ....only a few weeks ago they admitted that they could not afford to repay even the interest on the £4 m loan ( part of the £25m loan - that in their wisdom they thought was a sensible business decision - just a number of months ago). A big red flag has appeared in their ability to make sensible financial decisions. This has led to where we are today...nearly a total right off, but the company just survived due to some investors who stepped in - as a last chance resort - so it seems to me. But, who are these new investors, what interest do they have in the company going forward... and what control will they have over the company and the future share price....and are they likely to be the type who have PIs interests at heart....I don't think so.
All I can see are vultures circling- as the company lay quite, still, hoping it will all blow over - surely if the company had some positive news that would add some positivity to their future performance - then it would have been released by now.

I am not taking sides here and I'm not happy with what is today the reality of a grotesque sp ...but can you provide any examples of the court cases that involved Jerry - as they are obviously completed in your view and quoted as in past so historic and in the-public domain...

If you wish to add weight to your claims then this will be the way to go. IMO...nothing would surprise to be honest after the SP fall...but this argument is not about convincing T. Rat really ( as i don't think either of you have any common ground) - so for the sake of us common investors just tell us in plain language what do you have in the way of evidence to support your claims...

Tom. I think it would be very prudent to provide some support for the recent £1 share price with some updates and if possible some new or progressive news....another long period of silence will only mean the inevitable, especially these days. Give us early birds something to survive on.

Going up from todays 200m to over 760m in two weeks time .............why stop there, may as well make it a cool Billion as at some point they will be handing the hat around again.

If Modern Water win this award then the amount of irony would be larger than what is left of my investment.

Kromek have published their presentation slides for their presentation on 2nd November 22.

Interesting that it mentions within slides that KMK are also looking at monitoring waste water which is itself a massive growing industry and reminds me that I have seen an article with a picture of a device owned by KMK along with another owned by Modern Water (Deepverge) in a trial in UK.

IMO The old adage of its not what people say but what they actually do is a very good guide - especially in the cold light of day = retrospect.

Its all a gamble from here and no one knows the outcome, especially myself BUT you now have an expensive hedge in knowing that what GB actually says, especially regarding the future is meaningless, and everything he has fed the market with needs to be questioned an challenged. He has managed to prove this all by himself...

IMO, its just a matter of time before others also want best in class to protect their own and that includes the USA whom KMK have a very long working relationship with. If the Uk do not take KMK as at least part of a consortium then i am out.
I am obviously taking a risk here but in todays political environment I think the KMK technology will not be overlooked despite its history.
Its all a game of chance, and i am hoping that the world needs one of the best products to solve their problems going forward...

In interim results only five weeks ago they stated that "Production orders of £5m for Modern Water equipment, announced on 11 March 2022, contributed to an increase in inventories at the end of H1, ready to be shipped and recognised in H2 2022". Surely they could have used this to leverage a smaller loan to pay back the repayment of the instalments for the mezzanine loan and avoided the "leak", saved the Sp and still raised money at a better sp than today.
