Uninininininaninimity ! To be honest. I think CHILL have taken another big risk with this product. Yes it may be a trout scented CBD vibrator in the image of buysellfredmcfc the Fisher of men. I know he created a miracle when he turned £100 worth of CHILL shares into 3300 shares - but it was the wrong kind of miracle, i believe.
as far as a slow day goes, its been a slow year as far as i can see - in fact we are more behind today than we were a year ago. :)

Gov UK Guidance on testing ALL migrants form Ukraine for TB.
Page Updated 11th May 22
Advice and guidance on the health needs of migrant patients from Ukraine for healthcare practitioners.
Depending on where this TB screening is actually taking place - I can see a role for Bleep & Qure.AI AI technology treating migrants wherever they are first intercepted.
"Tuberculosis
There is a high incidence of TB approximately 73 per 100,000 population, so:
screen all new entrants (including children) for TB according to NICE guidelines
refer to TB services promptly if screening is positive
maintain long term vigilance for symptoms of TB even if initial screening is negative
be aware that TB is a notifiable disease"

I am with IG and contacted them over seven days ago asking where are my approx. 30,000 Poolbeg shares. After around five minutes, and having to make a phone call herself to some other department she told me that she could not help but this will be passed on to he manager to look into to. I would be contacted with the answer to my query in the next 24 hours or so. I am still waiting.
yes, that's more like it. Thanks Village. He's going to purchase a team!

No. I was a member for approx. four days, and my views were not tolerated at the time and i was given several life bans ....
I saved a fortune by not listening and following what was being pumped out on that board at that time.
I think the whole cowboy , bull riding strategy will be scrapped soon.
It was cheap, but not much evidence it made an impact on sales.
Need some ambassadors who are more main stream, urban and use alternative modes of transportation other than bulls.
Is it me but that Business update must be the first one without any numbers in it !
I don't know much about churn rate of customers on web sites but having two customers out of every three who buy on the site , and never return - does not sound great !
On the other hand, if for every three customers who try chill - one remains a loyal customers then this does not sound to bad ! Once the numbers start to stack up.
I imagine that the churn rate will drop even further for returning customers as we move out from the three month test period to say six or nine months to maybe 1 in 5 remain as repeat customers.
They need approx 10,000 customers each month, every month with a purchase average of $44 of product each month to make approx $5 m gross revenue. PA.
Previously the target was 10,000 retail shops selling X per month was the target, This has now been replaced with 10,000 people per month signed up as regular customers directly with CHILL web site which should be doable as long as they turn more page views into sales, maximise spend and keep customers longer .....I think more than ever it will all come down to marketing and promotion to drive sales on line, which is expensive.
I really don't know why they do not use social influencers - with no payment up front but paid as a percentage of product shifted. This would keep the spend down on promotion, increase sales and target their demographic.
I'm sure a few of you on here will remember when the tide was in .....and it was nearly impossible to not make money on a share in AIM . Well, imo the tide has gone out, probably much further than it needed and its nearly impossible to make money on Aim , even with good news.
Good solid RNS are released with just 5% rise, followed by fall the following week.
Its a timing thing IMO. All my investments are down, even the ones i thought were at their lows, and the ones i have been watching for months are still falling....daily sometimes.
Therefore i suggest that its not sensible to judge this share , or most share on their current share price ( at the moment) , everything is hammered and we really need to look at a twelve month view when the tide may return and lift the markets.
Meanwhile, i don't think the current sp should be used as a good reason to criticise the company, as out of most company's control at present. ..... -much more reasonable to concentrate on what they are actually achieving, and what the company should look like in the new year. Is the sp good value today, when it wa seen as good value a few months ago at around 25p plus , with plenty of buyers ....if not, other than the tide going out what has fundamentally changed here for the worse?

I guess Rohit Ghosh reply was in response to the news that " The financial assistance ( from Samridh Healthcare) will help Qure.ai expand its artificial intelligence solution to screen for lung diseases across 15 states in India".

Nice to see the funding money is already in place for further rollouts in India.
Well done oldtramp.
Yes, from original CE mark confirmation in UK and post Brexit Europe RNS last year
Bleepa's medical imaging communications app, ....."is the only CE marked medical imaging communications platform on the NHSx clinical communications tools framework".
So it looks very much like Qure.AI does have an inferior metthod of communication and they will need BLEEPA to upgrade their communications between patient and AI imaging centre . The real excitement here is whether BLEEPA is sticky enough to expand with Qure.AI across the globe over time.
Also, other AI company's in competition with Qure.Ai will need similar secure communications ....but for the time being Bleepa's communication solution is good to go in UK and Europe, and so by default India.

Hi Oldtramp.
I'm no expert believe me. I am still unsure exactly what Qure.AI can do on their own, and what BLEEPA will add lol
I would love someone to confirm exactly what the distinction is between the two company's offering - i think i know but need to be told. . I believe its the ability of Bleepa to securely send images of such good quality that they can be used for radiology assessments.
I also think that Qure.AI massive strength is in the fast, accurate assessment of these images to give highly accurate diagnosis.
Therefore, disregarding all of other Bleepa positives - the main thing that Qure.AI hope to get working with Bleepa is the ability to send radiotherapy images using Bleepa securely to their Qure.AI software miles away in city and return an highly accurate diagnosis fast and safely.
Can anyone confirm that Qure.AI are unable without BLEEPA - to send their own images at present or not....this I'm unsure about.
That's my understanding . That bleepa would be the glue between the local medical services that a individual patient receives - allowing and recording communication between active health professionals along with a historical audit of medical notes and decisions the patient had received up until that point in the patients journey and also allow those notes and any images to be pushed for Qure.AI analysis - which in theory could be anywhere in the world.
The thing that is exciting to me is how this enables front line " trained say grade six nurses in A&E ) who are non radiographic staff to capture images at point of care, and send images to Qure.AI and then receive diagnosis or second opinion within a short time, as if a radiologist is standing next to them.
Oldtramp. That does sound positive.

"The Way Ahead
A technology solution like qER can reduce the time to diagnosis in case of emergencies like Stroke or trauma and boosts the confidence of Stroke Unit, even in the absence of specialists. The qER platform can help Stroke neurologists in the Telestroke settings access great quality scans even on their smartphones and guide the treating doctors for thrombolysis and further management. Scaling up this technology to Stroke units and MSUs can empower peripheral hospitals to manage acute Stroke especially in LMICs."

As there seems no news on BLEPPA we will have to settle for now with news about one of their ( we hope) major partners.

Qure’s AI solution for risk of heart failure detection
"Turkey is known to have a higher prevalence of heart failure and Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD) as compared to the western world..( This past year Qure.ai have completed a trial with AstraZeneca ) .
"The trial called Digital Transformation with Artificial Intelligence in Health with support from AstraZeneca Turkey to use Qure’s AI solutions to understand the role of AI in predicting heart failures early from incidental findings on Chest X-rays.
Quote "The results of this year-long exercise have the potential to change the use of AI in cardiology altogether."
Dr. Rajyadhaksha ( AstraZenica) also shared his plans for scaling this technology based on these results and said “We aim to expand the project nationally and apply it to every lung x-ray taken”.....
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çamsari, the Rector of Mersin University "Our project will be one of the first projects where artificial intelligence is used in the early diagnosis of undiagnosed and suspected heart failure patients in our country and even in the world. In line with the results obtained, we aim to expand the project nationally and apply it to every lung x-ray taken. Again, we hope that these systems can be used in other fields such as radiological oncology and that artificial intelligence projects that touch the lives of patients can be implemented.”
I would love to know to what extent Bleepa's partnership with Qure.AI extends as Qure keeps proving itself time after time in different country's and situations and even though India is what we are focusing on at present its hard not to see the massive opportunity's that could be available once the pilot in India is proven- and Qure. AI commit to Bleepa.
