So Scancell felt it important enough to confirm that they are " in advanced discussions with Neuphoria Therapeutics Inc. ("Neuphoria")"...so does that mean all other discussions ( if any) are off? Is now the most likely outcome ? begs question what share price will raise likely be pegged at ?

Reports are saying that Adani won the tender, however, TN are likely to cancel the tender again !

Just had a look to see what's occurring over in Tamilndu land , re: smart meter tender

Looks like the Bids are now sought for the second phase of smart metering in Tamil Nadu under RDSS. Managed by Project implementation agency PFC Consulting Ltd (PFCCL).

The bidding is restricted to eight entities that PFCCL has already empaneled under “Group 2” in March 2025. This group refers to entities (potential AMISPs) that are can handle a project size of between 2 lakh and 10 lakh smart meters.

It states

"First round

Under the first round, which was initiated in March 2026, financial bids were invited from seven pre-qualified entities in “Group 1” for installation of 1.25 lakh smart meters that covered 0.90 lakh single-phase LT smart meters and 0.35 lakh three-phase LT smart meters.

This round closed on March 16, 2026, as per information available with tndindia.com but the final results are yet to be officially announced."

It then goes on to state

I'm looking at what's around regarding " Straight To Test", and what if any funding is behind it, as we know Straight to Test is a main pillar of FDBKs new pathway...where GP can refer straight to tests, before patient sees the consultant or whatever health professional , if any the tests dictate they see., saving potentially hundreds of thousands of unnecessary initial hospital appointments.

maybe, just maybe Bleepa could get a similar award ! Its what we have been told to expect , just need the confirmation.

This award ( to Copilot Microsoft 365) was made recently, following a pilot / trial. Bleepa is still on trial at QVH and pathways expanding , and also hits the same general targets as identified for reason of purchase this Microsoft software in the case below, so is still relevant. The rollout below is for employing an AI tool across the entire nhs ...to save staff time, save money, efficiency, easier pathways, accelerating digitalization, access to data etc etc plus Bleepa also adds further value to the patients.

"Each NHS trust will receive a central allocation of licences based on organisational headcount, typically starting at around 2,000 Copilot Microsoft 365 licences. Rollout to more than 500,000 staff across the NHS is expected by October 2026.

Strange time ( most risky time) for any committed investor to pull out their money in Scancell and put it on Spacex , If there is any truth to this then these investors are mostly traders….and will be back !

During 20 days in May the sp rose from approx 13 p to 26p, on very high volume.

Plenty of large buys reported but not one RNS during or since regarding a change in any share holders thresholds , nor new holding above 3% , nor reductions in holdings below3%. I find that strange.

Investors here were locked out on this mornings drop, the sp was just set at 7.5p before the market even opened so it was not the market that drove the sp down this low, it was orchestrated….so who is buying shares of a company on the verge of going private, it can’t be your average investor nor IIs so must be the company’s inner circle and supporters …moving the shareholding and voting base …just thinking aloud.

A lot of shenanigans can be hidden in a 20% spread….

Looks to me that a buy order for large amount of shares was set this am. Explains why sp dropped from 25 p to 7.5p at just after 7.30 am today, before market opened. Once buying finishes , what then for share price..? Someone is buying up this company at 60- 70% cheaper than yesterday.

They valued their PIs while the SP dropped from £1.75 to under 20p, and now the company and outlook has improved they decide to throw their smaller investors under a bus….who here is suppose to look after,ensure investor best interests are being served . if investors survive this drama it’s only fair that we throw the BODs and the nomad under a bus, and remove them.

Only seven weeks ago , 15thApril this company announced a very Positive trading update stating

“ The Board remains confident in the Company's strategy and outlook for the year ahead.”

Speak two tongues this co…one to their PIs and other to their main investors ,who must have known about this change is strategy and dumping of their PIs,just when the company is deemed to be turning itself around.

Britain is to unleash a major new wave of corporatism, in which the state will “aggressively” take larger stakes in fast-growing private sector firms to jump-start economic growth.

Business secretary Peter Kyle will use London Tech Week, starting on Monday, to set out his vision for rebooting the economy. Billions of pounds of previously announced taxpayer aid will be used to take bigger stakes in the country’s next winners. This will result in UK taxpayers owning far more of privately owned businesses than has previously been the case.
