Britain is to unleash a major new wave of corporatism, in which the state will “aggressively” take larger stakes in fast-growing private sector firms to jump-start economic growth.

Business secretary Peter Kyle will use London Tech Week, starting on Monday, to set out his vision for rebooting the economy. Billions of pounds of previously announced taxpayer aid will be used to take bigger stakes in the country’s next winners. This will result in UK taxpayers owning far more of privately owned businesses than has previously been the case.

Many pharma Cos get the funding , only to later struggle to get the right data….so it reassures me that Scancell already have excellent data , which is maturing daily, so funding should follow ..…so that just leaves time, time to execute phase three is known , but crucially time until Scancell is part sold, or bought outright is an unknown , could be next week, or next year but with so much positive data expected, and ongoing negotiation’s going forward …Scancell must be at its most attractive and saleable point ever.

Begs the question how much of the most recent data points, and research that we pis are presently unaware of, , are being shared in current negotiations….

Nothing is ever guaranteed of course….. but if anyone was to ever buy and hold a particular share, Imo, this would have to be the one.

It really does seem to come down to the number of shares you hold, as at today’s prices , at whatever your entry price historically …. will look unbelievably cheap when the right RNS drops

I lost all confidence in him after the M drama, followed by the IP drama and then following a new transformation and launch of S&C and then at the first commercial update of S&C after six months( was it, longer.) they announced

“ to date through the DTC platform have been disappointing and slower to develop than initially estimated with sales of 177 units, generating £12,400 in revenue (£20,300 in revenue at full RRP before discounts and offers).”

That statement above showed lack of common sense, lack of business skill in not changing sales approach during period rather than wait six months to announce disappointment..shows no concern for business spend

I can see INC going private ….a bit of a red flag imo that the new guy is now keeping the company afloat with a £250,000 loan , which will need paying back, and there is a good chance INC will not be making 250,000 net profit and will not be able to do this , new guy takes company as repayment or part of.

All new guy needs to do is ensure company continue to try , drag it out, think of reasons for missed targets and continue to fail miserably over next couple of years…..until run out of funds ……

I have the same feeling as you and can see how this investment can suddenly turn good, very good once the funding flows.

I honestly think that on at least one occasion FDBK had cracked it, only to be thwarted by the elections.

I sold over half on the last RNS and will be buying again over the next few weeks …..I’m very confident there is a place for Bleepa in the new NHS , and I’m sure the company know this also, but can’t comment until first funding is received. Gl vas

Bleepa is Registered as a Class A medical device , is has a Certification against the UK government Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus standards. and aligned with the NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC).

and complies with the DCB0129 Clinical Safety Standard.

The nhs / Government change from the Frontline Digitalzation programme to the newly named Frontline Productivity Programme . Launched following the milestone of near-universal Electronic Patient Record (EPR) coverage along with all funding . It is this change that has caused the funding for Bleepa and others to be delayed by 6- 9 months from last April 26.

In the RNS update in April 26 Tom stated

“ Previous indications were that a central NHS decision would be made in relation to a potential contract for adoption of a widescale programme for Bleepa around the end of the 2025/26 NHS financial year (31 March 2026). The Company now understands that decisions will be delayed by at least 6-9 months due to NHS internal factors.”

So now it seems the NHSis full of technology ,nearly 200% EPA’s (electronic patient records) etc ….it now needs the tools to get the maximum benefit from them…..Bleepa software is one way.

Big gamble here. Company today worth just £3.4 m, less than 25% of shares held privately, presently on year and All time low….. FDBK have no had new contracts awarded for ages , not because their solutions are poor but awaiting the funding from NHS to be awarded. Could be another six months before funding announced but we only need an unexpected contract to be awarded sooner, and the sp should rocket.

The company went on to explain the reason why they sold a small proportion of the Scancell shares…

Of course any attempt to buy the company outright, or even just one platform will instantly make any sp predictions look silly.

IMO, I can’t see the company holding on to everything as it stands at the moment , there is just to much to deal with, and letting go of some of there offering so to focus on what remains seems a much more logical and realistic target going forward.

I’m Looking forward to a surprise announcement , of a sale with a hefty price tag attached.

It would solve several problems , especially around funding and free up time as the company move forward.

As we know Scancells broker Panmure Liberum is yet to update their sp Buy rating following the recent FDA approval ,and FDA Fast Track Designation for its lead drug iSCIB1+ plus the updated clinical data showing its advantage over the current standard of care which continues to widen.

Currently Buy target remains unchanged at 32p presently

They stated

“ it noted it has not yet upgraded its success probability to the phase III level of 60%, keeping it at 40%, until the financing route for the pivotal trial is secured.”

So once the funding issue is announced,, then the odds of Scancells probability of success in the phase3trial will move from 40% to a significant “odds on” of 60% .

Anyone wish to have a stab at how this increase in probability of success , along with the funding situation finally resolved will translate regarding new their share price target .

"$208 million for each product developed and commercialised, up to a maximum of $624 million ", i assume that's for each product developed.

The unknown is - to what extent will Scancell be part of Genmabs future ? If genmab see Scancell as a big opportunity, and part of their future and the science holds good then even at todays early bird prices Genmab are committed to paying out several billion $ in future milestone payments to Scancell in the future etc - so the question surely is how confident are they, and why don't they make an offer now and dominate / protect the space.

Last week. On the 18th, 19th and 20th May the volumes here were approx 8m,11 m and 12m, respectively ….with a rising sp touching 27p during this time and a closing price of 20p on 20th. These volumes were approx 2- 5 times larger than rest of period. So I guess that this signifys a large buying spree over three days by someone. Buy who? Will they be identified by a threshold RNS?
