I bought a further 50,000 shares this morning first thing at 13.2 p . Neither trade is showing on LSE.

Another endeavour named the Ruby Project is slightly more probable….

If over 30 m shares have been sold in past six weeks ( we do not know when in past six weeks, could have been recently). then there must be a buyer somewhere…who ever bought them should also have declared , or will need to do so shortly .

Do you think the 30 million shares changing hands recently, from v. Long term holders and the cyan sp rise starting on 28th Jan and the “ put. The breaks on the sp) ” RNS announcing a potential bid for cyan are related, or just a coincidence!

Any one of these three events would normally get investors knees trembling in excitement but to have all three happen in possibly a few weeks is not normal for cyan.

And what are the odds of two independent major long term investors selling out at the same time!

To much of a coincidence if both company’s just happen to sell up at the same time…they must have both been approached, at same time . I wonder who else has been approached.

So in past six weeks over 30 million shares have been sold and presumably bought by who? It’s not Esyasoft as they have already declared , thats not that far to 10% of shares in issue!

Why wasn’t these sells declared . Surely these must be up for declaration over next week along with the buyer.

I’m no expert as you can probably see but if this bid for Cyan is rejected, and no other bids are received then I can only see the sp going one way, down …those who bought the sp up recently via inside knowledge I guess, will be likewise selling their shares down, a few days before we are informed. I guess that’s how it works.

pIs don’t stand a chance ….this is a good example …you put money in one end and take it, or a fraction of it out if lucky other end but what happens in between is a mystery to most PIs……the recent sp rise was a mystery to us all until five trading days later, we are informed of a bid, likewise if this sp heads south in a hurry we will know to expect a RNS about it later, a few days later, probably.

The takeover panel were first notified about takeover on 3rd February.

The sp climbed from wed 28th jan to Tuesday 3rd Feb …five trading days before announcement…..I wonder who bought during these dates everyone owning over a 1% interest has to declare , but do they need to declare the dates they bought?

All this discussion about how much JC may or may not get for the company , all concurs with the fact that there must be a WILL by JC to allow this uncertainty to continue, he has Created this reaction in his PI base, killed the sp on a rare rise and as ITT has stated several times he could have rejected this offer last week in the same RNS.

So I can’t help thinking we are currently being led blindfolded down a pre agreed path which has been allowed to continue by JC, by not rejecting this bid immediately.

If JC had announced the bid was rejected this in itself would have caused a big buzz around the sp and given the sp a boost to higher than 9.75p

The only thing guaranteed to ensure the sp does not go above 9.75p is keeping this low ball offer alive, ensuring a lid on it of 9.75. Why would he want to do that?

Why not reject bid, wait for possible counter bid , see sp rise on anticipation .Happier shareholders all around.

It's nearly six months since the online shop went live for sales. We have not had an update on sales, nor an inkling of if INC are anywhere near their confident 100,k unit sales , end of March 26.

Imo , if they had good news it would have been communicated by now, and the sp would be no where near today's.

Also still waiting for the celebrity endorsements, and other revenue channels, promised in update last year.

I can only assume ìf they do exist then they will be brought out after poor sales figures as a hanger to hang new targets for year end 26.

I would be happy to be wrong and will buy back in on any good news.....as plenty of space above 2p this could go - but not far to fall to near zero. Gl vas

This share historically has a strange way of being highly sensitive to sells, as opposed to buys....i.e. the share drops far more readily than it increases all things being equal ( volume)......can anyone explain this ?

If no contracts the sp will defo fall , anticipating a placing later this year probable early summer time.

Same if a underwhelming award is given

If a decent contract is awarded the sp will defo increase but will probably be followed by a placing at hopefully a much higher price…

As we move closer to March / April news is increasingly likely and expected ….so imo we must be getting close …just don’t know if the news will be good or not. Total gamble , I do like a gamble , can only go one of two ways in next few months. very unlikely to remain static like recently. GL all

Here’s the latest I can find…usually, a lot of stuff around elective care, neighbourhood health and digitalisation but gone very quite since New Year. I was expecting, some news that was hinted at in last presentation as possibly near term….but nothing ! Another presentation coming up from memory mid Feb.
