What is strange is that on Friday i mentioned that 4 x 250K trades appeared on IG but today 2 x 275 k trades have turned up! Different size trades

makes no sense.

The two delayed 250k trades , i posted about on Friday , as they did not appear then on lSE - but did on IG! same again today with the 100k trades.

I am assuming these are buys today as they dominate the days trades and the sp rose a fraction at that time - unless they played with the spread.

Yet, i am no expert and in the dark along with everyone else.

Again, at least six 100k share purchases from 12.56 pm onwards this afternoon showing up on IG, among other smaller ones.

They have held their third, and last session last Wednesday (17th Dec.) . It seems they invited six Experts to be included in the meeting and of these, just two ( as far as i can see) were representatives of company's - one was a private company called ( Healthtech 1 ) and the other was Feedback Medical, with Tom attending the meeting.

“ As at 30 September 2025, the unaudited Ordinary share NAV was 13.1p per share, a 16% increase from the previously published unaudited NAV as at 30 June 2025 of 11.3p.

The Ordinary share NAV Total Return was 89.4p compared to 87.6p as at 30 June 2025.

The 1.8p increase in NAV per Ordinary share is principally due to the increase in the share price of AIM quoted Arecor Therapeutics Plc ("Arecor") and Scancell Holdings Plc ("Scancell").

Scancell was the largest holding in the Ordinary share portfolio, representing 92% of the Ordinary share NAV as at 30 June 2025. As a result, the Ordinary share NAV moved largely in line with the movement in the Scancell share price during the quarter. The Company was presented with an opportunity to de-risk the concentration of the holding for Ordinary shareholders and was able to achieve a profitable exit of c.47% of the Ordinary share pool's holding as at 30 June 2025. Seneca was able to realise £435k in proceeds from the disposal, which generated a profit of £172k, resulting in an average weighted return of 1.7x on original investment cost. This disposal has enabled the Company to declare a second interim capital dividend of 5.0p per Ordinary share.”

According to 9th Dec. Update RNS it stated

So if iSCIB1+ was given authorisation to be prescribed TODAY , does it mean that in its present stage of development iSCIB1+ already beats ALL other present day treatments for this stage of disease. …with a 50% improvement in PFS at 16 weeks… and hopefully increasing.

Does anyone know if the PFS data, which was at 16 months in the RNS was up to date at that time the data was RNSd ..or if not, at what month data is at now . GL vas

If so, with no increase shown in complications or adverse side effects then surely should be selected as the new Standard of care….as this would mean that 50% of patients would be able to extend their lives, hopefully even more significantly than the recent data is showing.

Bihar Leads In Smart Meter Installations

“In Bihar, smart meter deployment began way back in 2018, much before the advent of the Centrally-sponsored Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme.

It is therefore not surprising that of the 63.55 lakh smart meters currently installed in Bihar, as many as 45.29 lakh are out of the purview of RDSS. In fact, the remaining 18.26 lakh installations were part of non-RDSS programmes that were subsequently subsumed under RDSS.

The RDSS-backed installations in Bihar are led by EESL supported by other agencies like IntelliSmart and Genus. On the non-RDSS side, entities like Genus Power, Adani Group, NCC and Secure Meters are involved.

Polaris Smart Metering (formerly, Gram Power), an energy technology company founded in US, is also supporting Bihar’s smart metering activities. It was mandated with three projects, aggregating 58,600 smart meters, all of which have been installed. Polaris was associated mainly with state power utility South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd (SBPDCL) but was also working with private discoms like India Power Corporation Ltd (IPCL) and Bhagalpur Electricity Distribution Company Pvt Ltd (BEDPCL).”

As far as collaboration between Genus and IntelliSmart is concerned , and bearing in mind ESSL and NiiF formed IntilliSmart in 2019!, as a SPV to implement smart meters across India.

I found this relating to the history of meter rollout in Bihar.

Interesting paragraph here and not sure where CC fit in .

I find it telling that according to the recent RNS the face creams are the best selling products, and they are the most expensive at £149 for the face cream and £213 for the face serum!

Hi All, The extension of the deadline from 1st December to 31st January 26 is only for the 28,0000 people whose meters remain inaccessible. The rollout will go ahead for all others as far as I can see. This news is at present only listed on FB, but should be picked up by other outlets later. I’ll try and paste from Facebook.

Same here LT. I was surprised to read that interoperability was not already mandatory, as its importance has been discussed for years , along with the term agnostic.
