Morning All,

Can anyone explain why Doxa Partners LLP are listed as the main shareholder, holding 13.27% of shares in CC - rather than Axia whom should be also holding same percentage. What happened to Axia holding- listed wrongly, or transferred to Doxa…or is this as it should be ?

My limited understanding reading from CC RNS dated 19th March 25 was that Doxa are / were advisers to Axia for Goa short term loan.

Two years ago this month in Nov. 23 the share price here was 6p , that was before the Marinauld contract was announced. The share price consequently rose to approx. 30p. This was on no revenue. The SP then fell back down to approx. 2p on the cancellation of the M contract, and no revenue.

Today, the SP is approx. 4p a 33% discount to the 6p and with revenue expected to be announced sometime over the next few weeks / months.

What is exciting is that at some point between today and March 26, INC ( if they get remotely anywhere near their targets of sales of 100k units_) will become profitable !!

Any further inclining, let alone announcement that sales are going well and the sp will react strongly IMO.

At £10 cost per unit, and Total operating expenses of INC last year approx. £2 million - anyone care to figure how many units will need to be sold to break even! GL Vas

If you look at page 11, you will find that they claim they were buyers of CC this year. I am not sure when published but was after March. 25.

I am trying to think (always a struggle) why Cyans share price is at its lowest price since approx. 2021/2…and why NOW, at a time of what should be maximum opportunity for CC!

And again, Why do we have at this particular time, of maximum opportunity a persistent ( must be a fund) seller!

All I can come up with to explain why a long term investment fund/s would turn seller now is that Cyans market cap has fallen below their defined minimum market cap as defined by the fund, so they have to either reduce or sell holdingand no longer allowed to remain invested , hence they become forced sellers.

Why else would an investment fund choose to exit now when CC are doing very well and holding their own in India, plus increasing other opportunities ROW.

I guess that old business adage that something is only worth what somebody is willing to pay for it, is playing out here…..just hope the next monetary transactions are significant enough to get the market to focus back on this old timer of a share….

Yes, i did read that in the RNS but still wonder why Scancell's presentation was apparently embargoed and was chosen as a late breaker ! especially when data was first reported in July. Anyway, stand down ...GL Vas

Can we assume that as there was no RNS this morning that no new information was released during the presentation at the weekend. That information presented was already public info. Then why was the scancell presentation given the status it was given , as ( can’t remember actual term ) but latest developments / breaking news ?

What’s Esyasoft role here. I would have thought that as Cyan/ Digismart is the AMISP and awarded the contract then this would be down to them, not Esyasmart. Obviously working together !

Thanks Cleaner for a very good summary of the opportunity here.

Small investors like myself rely on more knowledgeable posters such as yourself and many others here for explanations of the science and opportunity but the thing that i often wonder about is this ..... why doesn't the world wide biotech community (thousands of others, such as yourself ) jump on this share with similar insight and sense of opportunity at this particular time ? You would think that this share would be one of the hottest shares at this particular time and that this would be know by the biotic community and investors.

Example

I would expect that following this weekend, Scancell will no longer be the biggest open secret in oncology research and that their innovative platforms along with their significantly positive results are at long last given the same level of significance in the biotech and business world as they are on investor BBs such as lSE , advn etc .

People are people - everyone wants to make a educated investment and make some money - to be invested in the next possible winner - and so In theory many at this weekends SITC 25 should be buying shares in Scancell on Monday morning after hearing the latest's updates ( if this is what happens) .

WE should expect a change in volume and / or share price follow this event ? as those at the conference will know the significance and value of what is being discussed / disclosed.

Past events ( other company's also) often leads to no real material change so from all accounts this time will be different , maybe this is Scancells time ! i do hope so, for thousands of patients going forward but also for the scancell team and investors here also.

Building new brands - developing new ranges, plenty of new ideas -Developed a new product - a SPF face cream - lotions have been developed in Switzerland - waiting for paperwork - and presently looking at ways to market new product.

Collaboration with high profile celebrities to sell product under their own Celeb brands = company have been approached by several

Now Selling world wide with different results per region .... some areas better than others, some need developing - particularly mentioned SE Asia as a potential hot region going forward ( did not say, but IMO think SE Asia may be linked into new territorial licensing contract or whole sale)

Very good feedback from users ..approx. 100% - opposite to FUMs launch
