We where told CF tried to get the get the value out of Imutex via a spin out a year or so ago... and even in presentations he admitted they where not playing ball. Today they have a phase 1 under their belt and maybe, wish to go to stage 2....where does this leave HIVO owning 49% ....."The average cost of phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials across therapeutic areas is around $4, 13, and 20 million respectively"

Are HIVO committed to contributing towards phase 2, wont this be a drag on the company? if not what can they do ?

Can anyone answer a few questions on my mind....
Please tell me who is paying for the Phase I results for immunogenicity of AGS-v PLUS. mosquito vaccine. I know HIVO own 49% of the share s in the AGS-v PLUS which is owned by Imutex Ltd. Are HIVO contributing towards these trials?

The results look good for a phase 1 trial . "reported positive data from a first-in-human Phase I clinical study evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of AGS-v PLUS" and has been peer reviewed and "were well tolerated with no serious adverse events experienced, and that they generated a robust cellular and humoral immune response in participants, the formulation in Montanide ISA-51 being the most immunogenic. Moreover, the immune response mounted against AGS-v PLUS was shown to reduce infectivity of Zika virus in vitro."

Therefore, why can't this result of a viable phase 1 drug be monetised as it would be if it where owned by Poolbeg?

What if the worry in the market is that Imutex Ltd will not put immunogenicity of AGS-v PLUS. up for sale ( maybe they will now?, who know, maybe this has been the delay) and are aiming to spend on the next phase which will be very expensive, and if HIVO are contributing to the trials which will be a big drag on HIVO profits going forward.......Is HIVO at the mercy of IMUTEX over this drug.
Can HIVO monetise their share in the drug, or are they at the mercy of IMUTEX?

Hope this makes some sense but is on my mind.

0.6m half year just released which is equal to last years full year . Could be a significant 2nd half as due news early year .if so then should see a good increase in sp especially with appro x£ 9 million in cash....I yhink may 22 we had approx £10m in cash so a burn rate approx £100 000 per month.

A couple of significant multi year contracts would help us now...

Thanks for your views Seav1ew. From what you have just posted its unlikely i guess, but you never know , if FDBK's solution was needed - I could maybe see a situation where we get in by partnering with larger EU company but that's probably me being overly optimistic.
What a fantastic opportunity for those EU company's with the right solutions.

I wonder if there is any opportunity for FDBK in this new €7.5 billion EU initiative. I won't pretend to understand it but the funding is based on finding unique solutions for a myriad of challenges faced by digitalising Europe over next five years or so.

Why not give it a test run yourself.
Just order a few dozen bottles of Zoetic vitamin cream and create a label, something like ..."Capability Pete's Erection Cream", ...add a large warning on the bottle that this cream also causes rapid hair growth that which can be a tripping hazard. Make sure you offer a free gift of a pair of scissors, then get a teenager to create a web site to sell from.
That's what most do...then get your mates and grandchildren, and their s school friends to place pre written rave reviews on your web site and via their parents social media.........and if you wish to really smash it, possibly employ a bald cowboy ( or a retired milkman with a bald horse) and stick your logo on his chest in the hope the worlds media will pick up on the product.

This didn't work for CHILL for the sole reason that they did not include a free gift.

If you want to take it further , then complain everywhere online how this cream has ruined your life, has turned your normally smooth bald head into a hair crazed jungle, just like when you where young and in your prime.

Good name for it factory...if I can buy at the rear end, under 2p, say 1.9p ( just need one bad day on the market) then it should be a good trade on any subsequent sp blip like last time , just don't hang on too long, take your profit and don't get greedy otherwise you will get caught out and turn into a moaning long termer share holder, trapped and made to defend your decision along with the company's performance regardless of any information.

In reality, do you remember a time when sales in CHILL have ever been anything other than slowly, slowly, stop, regroup, slowly, slowly stop, regroup...........all the talk put out by management is just bubble wrap to stop the faithful getting hurt feelings, and giving the company get another chance ........ and as some may recall, anyone proposing anything contrary to this to the faithful here was like having a picnic with Putin to discuss freedom of speech, diversity and social inclusion in modern day Russia - it was always only going one way.

Yes. A Very bullish account in all of KMKs industries. Are KMK now finally turning that corner so to be able to commercialise the fantastic products ( often by research paid for by big name's such as DARPA, Homeland Security etc)

Two strong, massive and highly relevant industry sectors of Medical Imaging and radiation and biological defence.

The other unknown is how long will KMK be able to remain the only independent source of production of Cadmium Zinc Telluride CZT. The latest medical imagining technology and the radiation and biological threat detection systems could be a real game changer from the look of it, with the next generation of products in both these industry's only now starting to emerge.
I'm hoping to see some much larger, multi year contract wins sometime soon to underpin future revenues.

Village. I could give positive posts everyday, all year round if that's what you think is all that is needed here. Trouble is there has never was any shortage of positive posts here....... All i can add is that today's RNS was positive in the fact that they have a few more outlets willing to try their product......note; no news on sales, replenishments, or anything related to sales from the 600 existing outlets ...

Its hard to get excited when only nine months ago we were talking about 500 outlets coming on stream each month....now we have 60 new outlets since autumn - and again not even a hint of improving sales.

Callum seems a smart guy, but even smart guys will struggle with a so called " game changing " product that fails to take off for whatever reason- and has to be sold to retailers on an individual basis - that is how it feels to me - its now a hard slog.

What investors have always wanted to hear from Zoetic, Chill, Chill 2 is that they are having trouble keeping up with demand for their products in so many shops.... and it has never been said. Its a slog.

Just my thoughts..

Regarding who are the multiple European countries behind the contracts ...i think that most country's bordering Ukraine or even further afield will need to have some kind of early warning monitoring of a radiation leak as any contamination leaks direction is heavily dependent on the local weather systems at that time, and could change i.e which way the winds are blowing etc.....pretty much ALL European and other countries are at risk.

The other threat so I have read is a situation where radioactive material from old nuclear rods ( which where secured, controlled and audited pre Ukraine war) at nuclear power stations in Ukraine being stolen and potentially used to be sold on the black market to terrorist organisations to be used as dirty bombs, or used for blackmail purposes to raise funds.....once stolen the radioactive rods would be taken out of Ukraine by either ship, or lorry across several European borders to be hidden - potentially contaminating everywhere it is taken.

The only way the European authority's would be able to find out which direction across Europe this contamination load went would be radiation monitoring at all borders.... hence flagging up contamination as it went across europe....i think that's why having the latest live, connected radiation monitoring systems in future may give the authorities time to intercept the load before it caused even further damage and disappeared into a highly populated urban area.

Its going to cost a fortune to implement, so at present the opportunity is so large it seems unlikely, so that's the gamble as far as the radiation detection arm of KMK is concerned - but if the situation in Europe or elsewhere deteriorates, or if the government contracts that KMK and others receive get larger and more frequent, I think the market will catch up pretty quick on the investment potential here - and that's just the radiation monitoring arm of the company.

So far the radiation contracts are relatively small, but if this technology is going to make a real impact to security then there should be some much larger , multi year contract wins.

My gut tells me that if the large contracts come in - our recent partners SmIths Detection will be involved.

Why else would a company like Smiths who bag many multi million government security contracts - from all around the world become involved with KMK at this time. Hopefully they see some large contracts that KMK can help then win.
