I am hoping for some significant news to be released before the presentation and analysist meeting on Tuesday 07 February 2023. If not then what can they discus other than what we presently know about?
My optimism is rooted in the past, in previous RNSs and the hope they have made progress on some of the comments they decided to announce in the past month or so to us news hungry small investors. Such as..

The Director/PDMR Shareholding RNS 22nd December 22 - although small I decided to interpret it as a green light.

The half year trading statement 19th December 22 had many positives.

We should expect an Update on the Sussex, a £0.5m contract covering the 12-month period from 31 March 2022 especially as they have stated that " The Company remains focused on this core opportunity. Using the pilot in Sussex as a reference point has given credibility to both the Bleepa-CareLocker platform and the symptom-based pathway approach."
We should see some progression hopefully from Sussex to other providers.

"The pilot has also shown early indications of wider delivery benefits in the healthcare ecosystem relating to more efficient use of clinical personnel and an accelerated patient journey. Importantly, this could help to reduce the back log pressures on the NHS. With a government commitment to funding 160 CDCs across the UK, the Company is now looking at a considerable market opportunity. Feedback remains in active conversations with OEMs and other commercial entities around potential joint go-to-market strategies that will enable the Company to scale the solution to meet this opportunity." There must have been some progress here considering the timelines.

An update on "The creation and development of the CareLocker consumer app in conjunction with Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Clinic in India ("Sampurna") was a key highlight and is an integral part of Feedback's growth strategy in India. The app gives patients direct access to their clinical data and medical scans - and its launch provides a strong reference point for the Company as it targets significant commercial opportunity in India on several fronts."
Some indication on progress in India and especially with Qure.ai would be very positive IMO

Yes, but not a doctor, I'm in my 50s now so work several shifts a week via an agency, covering staff shortages as a senior nurse in a large A&E in London.

Its hard to imagine that this piece "Written evidence submitted by the Digital Healthcare Council (DHS0022)" was submitted to a NHS committee less than three months ago ( Nov. 22)
FDBK get highlighted under heading "Helping patients on NHS waiting lists using digital technology".
Well worth a read if you haven't already and again the onus is on diagnosing and treating more people as quickly as possible and reducing the waiting list and less about saving money, but better value for money.

I remember pre covid days in A&E and at certain times of the year the hospital beds where at, or approaching full capacity and many patients on trolleys in corridors or back of ambulances -even then so its nothing new. Many times the A&E and hospital wards were closed due to excess patients and the ambulances would continue on to the next hospital with vacant beds......I think everyone understands that the demands on the beds ( even if they clear the waiting list) and costs of treatment in future will remain on an upward trajectory because of better diagnosis, older population and thousands of vacancies that are being filed by agency staff being paid much higher per hour than full timers.

The posatives of Bleepa are manifold and reducing costs is just one advantage of the technology but to be honest with a limited ( massively reduced number in the nhs beds in past ten years or so) the cost of a bed will remain the same regardless of if a patient remains in it for two months or the bed is taken by a new patient every week for eight weeks.. its the medical attention or surgery thst is the on cost ....if the nhs hits full capacity the bed costs remain the same....
The second BLEEPA advantage of tech is in help reducing waiting lists with early detection, shorter interventiion
/ treatement times and earlier discharge....plus filling consultant / second opinion makers posts with remote workers...if your a radiographe post down then there will be a natural ceiling to patient diagnosis and treatenent.

I dont think ita all about saving money on beds...its about turnaround...the cost of a general bed us £250 pr day then the costs depend on what happens to the patient while using the bed.in theory if we were able to increase bed capacity by 30% the bed cost remain the sameeach day...you would expect overall costs to rise due to Increase in medical interventions and treatmenby 30% IMO.

The same six month pilot to detect Lung Cancer happening in Nottingham University Hospital as well. One of seven that Qure.AI and AZ are involved in.

NUH is one of seven hospitals in England to begin research trials into an artificial intelligence system which could speed up the diagnosis of lung cancer.

The system works by spotting X-rays with suspicious lung nodules within minutes so that patients can have a more detailed CT scan for a more accurate diagnosis.

It will run until June 2023 after which it is hoped that the system, developed by the Indian AI company Qure.ai, can start to be introduced more widely across the health service.

Professor David Baldwin, Chair of NHS England’s Clinical Expert Group for Lung Cancer and a respiratory consulktant at NUH, who is leading the trial, said: “Speed of diagnosis is critical to achieve the best outcomes in lung cancer and to reduce stress and worry for patients.”

"Drugmaker AstraZeneca has teamed up with Indian digital health specialist Qure.ai and a clinical group in the UK to test an artificial intelligence-powered technology to help radiologists detecting lung cancer in chest X-rays.

The aim of the pilot is to scan and review more than 250,000 images generated at clinics in the Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance, to see if Qure.ai’s qXR software can make faster and more accurate diagnoses of lung cancer.

Greater Manchester has been selected as the site for the trial, as rates of lung cancer there are among the highest in the UK, said the partners. The pilot will run for six months.

The hope is that the technology will allow early diagnosis, which in turn will improve cancer outcomes, as treatment will be possible at the earliest stage, thereby improving both the patient’s quality of life and chances of survival.

I think from memory that also one of the directors of the subsidiary has to be an Indian National.

Also, FDBK now having an Indian base and presence will do no harm to its reputation on the world stage, particularly if its starts to receive orders.

They would not even contemplate such a move unless they where very confident that the pilots are going well and could now be realised into revenue. The timing is spot on in the scheme of things imo.

Maybe a few RNSs before the official update which would allow them to discuss events more openly.

My experience in the past with company's that expect to compete on contracts, and make substantial revenues in India is to set up a India PVT company.
My understanding is ( i may be wrong but think I am correct) is that Modi in India will not let an international company, registered outside India trade in India unless it goes through an Indian based company registered in India first.. a PVT.

I see this that FDBK are expecting revenues from India, (hopefully significant ones) and they are preparing the ground to be able to at the very least be able to compete for contracts, and accept revenues just as any other Indian based company.

Its definitely a positive step.

NHS priorities and operational planning guidance 2023/24 sets out digital focus January 3rd 2023

The NHS has published a document in which it sets out its priorities for 2023/34, along with operational planning guidance to support these priorities.
One of these priority areas is Diagnostics.
"Under diagnostics, the document shares an aim to deliver a minimum ten percent improvement in pathology and imaging networks productivity by 2024/25, through “digital diagnostic investments and meeting optimal rates for test throughput”....

"Also regarding diagnostics, the document notes that “timely access to diagnostics is critical to providing responsive, high quality services and supporting elective recovery and early cancer diagnosis.”.............." As such, £2.3bn of capital funding to 2025 has been allocated to support diagnostic service transformation, including digital diagnostics."

Whoever gets to provide the solutions should get a meaningful slice of this pie.

For an investor who pertains to ALL to be old, grown up, knowledgeable, a fisher of men, wise, experienced and even successful !!...but did not even think about selling at £1,80p, 60p, 40p 20p.... sounds very fishy to me!. Your posts also mainly contain an awful lot of references to turds and little else.
Can i request when you return from México you try and post something maybe company related and less turd related.
You must understand that as serious investors we are trying to separate the company from any references to turds.
You may need to think sit down and contemplate about this on your trip.

I have been invested and followed CHILL for a couple of years or so.

my previous post was quoting information the company chose to release today ( a very quite day!) that in the past six months they have taken £19, 000 ONLY and I have on purpose ignored anything the company say regarding future revenue, or revenue expectations , forecasts of what they think may happen, or what they hope will happen next quarter as the company has never met ANY of its revenue forecasts or objectives. If they get some of their money back from OX ( who looks like they saved CHILL earlier in year by buying their entire stock) then great....but chill will now need to deliver revenue and to do this in US they will need more money IMO.

Here is an example of what I, and other investors read and believed from a year ago....there are many more that just turned out equally as bad.

Fact , yes! because it was contained in an RNS. So why did they not continue developing this strategy of growth, especially as since January 22 things have become easier due to reduced restrictions.

Check back for yourself, go back to Zoetic when the sp was heading to £1 on absolutely no revenue and fuelled by a) a CBD /cannabis bubble, with two ultra positive terror twins in charge of CHILL who only ever gave FATASTIC news, John story and a gang of paid rampers ......it was successful then as a heist as it got to £1, and once those behind it got out - it collapsed on no revenue. it was a set up.
And today it sits as a £5 m company with absolutely no revenue ...

Revenue of £150 a day before expenses for a company presently valued at £5 Million !

£150 a day from the CHILL ( US & UK) web sites in six months - plus revenue received from hundreds of specifically selected CBD retail outlets in US.
Something remains seriously wrong here !
The products do not sell. And yet again they are relying on a new product , the vape product to try and keep the company looking vital.

Radiation Portal Monitors are systems installed at sea and land ports of entry to scan cargo and conveyances against radiological and nuclear threats, while still facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and commerce. RPMs provide enhanced detection capability and stop threats before they enter into our country. These systems can differentiate between naturally occurring radioactive materials found in commercial cargo like granite and ceramic tiles and potential threats. This greatly reduces the operational burden to our partners at CBP. They also help locate the source of the detected threat within a large commercial shipping container."
