If no one makes a play to buy DVRG so to get their hands on Rhino, Labskin, or Modern Water while the sp is at these unbelievable prices, then why not?, Whats wrong?
If you still believe in the technology then at under £10 m market cap - on target for £18m turnover year end then something is not right. Bargain deals do not get missed - especially by competitors.

In my naivety, I thought that the finance facility of £25m was there to ensure it smoothed out these sorts of problems of lumpy revenues etc as well as to fund growth etc. If not what was the purpose of requesting £25m in the fist place!
Whether expected payments / revenues are on a 30 day, or 90 day cycle - they can't say that they where not aware of this drag on income several months ago...so what was their plan three months ago to contain this short term gap in working capital, surely it was the facility loan. It doesn't make sense.

I just wish GB and his crew would lay off Twitter for a while , and stop telling us all how well they are doing....it does not feel that way from where i am standing. They must be having a laugh at our expense surely, or are devoid of any empathy.

Someone must take responsibility at some point. Either the person responsible who decided that the funding agreement in March was a good strategy going forward, or the person who has now decided that the funding agreement in March was a bad decision - could be the same person, either way they should punished for their failures ... you cant have it both ways - the outcome of one of these two decision has not only caused the DVRG share price to crash - but has caused many of its private investors, whom trusted the leadership and information that was given to them, significant losses at a time they were told the company was doing well.

If it turns out in retrospect that DVRG can continue to honour the funding agreement already in place, but DVRG wish to strike it, and start with another agreement then, and only then will we know this is catastrophe was orchestrated by the company, leading to a total grab for the assets, with no regard or protection for its investors.
Two decisions, which one has cause todays events ?

This is a good example of how blind private investors are on AIM. It was only a few weeks ago the future looked bright
(irrespective of sp and market decline) ..no one was talking seriously about a fund raise ...yet during that time it looks like DVRG were quietly doing the rounds...and many new about this and took advantage no doubt.
Here we are again only getting the news after the sp collapse .
The old adage that there is always a time to buy cheaper on AIM , rings true.

Anyone have a view on how the possible sale of Labskin, if announced prior to raise could have alter the situation here....just wondering if such a deal could be imminent and if so how this would effect events going forward.

How come they only realise now that they are unable to service this loan facility? Obviously, six months ago we were informed it was the best course of action for Deepverge - so they must have been confident that they could manage it - so what has changed? Where is the logic of all this.....

I am probably well ahead of myself here and i have no evidence but I do know DARPA / SIGMA / Homeland Security in USA have been working for some time on small hand held, portable radiation monitors that can fitted on anyone's jacket - police, fire, military etc and any vehicle etc - and they are all connected live to give off a picture of background radiation levels in a city for example. SEE KMK as they re working with DARP and still waiting that big order, i.e the fruits of their labours).

The issue is from what i have read is , ok, the threat of a dirty bomb is higher now than ever all around the world and again even more so due to Ukraine's drama with its nuclear power station - as a lot of the dirty nuclear waste can be easily stolen and sold, etc
IN USA the challenge is - If a dirty bomb went off say in a city or port - then with the technology they have developed, and if it were in place it will be detected very fast and they would now exactly where to look - but there is a big problem about how they deal with it...the numbers of people effected in a port, or city, metro could be in their tens of thousands contaminated and all moving about ac cross the city ... a bot like a more lethal virus and these people have to be identified, and treated quickly - I can see a place in the market for a device that is a skin swab, that tells authorities immediately whether someone i contaminated or not....This would help massively in knowing who to detain and treat, and who to allow onwards...I just wonder if the USA Homeland defence would not be very interested in product that could do this in real time , or as near real as possible because the level of anxiety in the population at this point would be so great about who is carrying radiation and who is not that traditional old fashioned Geiger counters scanning individuals one at a time would not cut it - only personal swab kits maybe , handed out to all members of the public within risk area very much like during covid.

The wall of money the USA invest in Homeland security is vast, and this is one of their top priorities - and they do play a long game - and to me it seems they are now on top of the detection of a dirty bomb side, but are looking for solutions on what they do thereafter in identifying quickly those most effected.

The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) announced the start of Targeted Evaluation of Ionizing Radiation Exposure (TEI-REX) on Friday, which will look for non-invasive methods of determining radiation exposure in low doses through samples including hair, skin, sweat, and saliva.

As we know many new products are invented for military use and then go on into use in civilian life.
Its quite clear here that this new device will be used by civilians as well as Military personal.

This should be a major improvement as fines in the past were not per incident - usually hundreds, if not thousands of illegal discharges over a period of time amalgamated together into one fine such as below, a retrospective report in 2021 about Southern Water and others.

I hope the government make sure this pledge is actually implemented.

I am open for people sharing negative views as long as they can show something to support their view.
Blaming DVRG alone for a poor share price performance this past year , and comparing todays price to their high this last year pointless when the whole market is in a similar position.
Just to mention it was last November 21 when DVRG share price hit its one year low of around 8p...and later made a high of 30p plus.I accept no one can predict the future year ahead but for any new potential investors ( which will be the life blood going forward) I know at what price I would rather be investing at - therefore, any negative arguments works both ways. if history repeats itself then todays crisis and SP will probably be reflected back on as a long term opportunity IMO.

Cammy123. Just for balance. Serious question. If you think that DVRG share price is being punished because it is not a great company, and the management are useless... What is your explanation for the other hundreds of company's on AIM and probably elsewhere that have dropped over approx 60% from their years high. Take a couple of random company's such as CyanConnode and Open Orphan, both delivering exceptional contract wins with much higher revenues with much more to come and yet they are in a similar position of approx. 60% plus off their years high.

It reads as if FDBK is at the equivalent point of say a drug company with a unique drug that are preparing for a release of their stage 3 results .i.e just need to demonstrate and show evidence that their offering actually works in a real life setting.
The only difference here is that all permissions and regulatory hurdles are completed and no need to get through the equivalent of protracted and painful MHRA and FDA approvals. Once proven its surely a no brainer for any trust or hospital that want their new service delivery to be compliant and future proof. Roll on the results from the Sussex pilot.
