Ten new digital pathways required by March 26, across all ICBs sounds like a big opportunity , having an award winning, piloted solution for breathlessness should be a fantastic advantage .

The South East London Integrated Care Board has green-lit neighbourhood health service integrators for four out of six boroughs: Bexley, Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark.

This decision, taken on July 16, marks a "major milestone" in the implementation of the Government’s 10-Year Health Plan and London’s Target Operating Model.

I wonder how the recent London neighbourhood simulation relates to this development. I found it via the PPL web site, as we know PPL helped organise the London simulation that FDBK were involved in.

FDBK are listed as suppliers in this contract - so now the mechanism to place orders is now live - i would expect some positive news over the next few weeks .

It looks like a straightforward process to place orders , but will need customers of course.

I imagine as the RNS states that the DTC agency will manage promotion etc and INC to be responsibility for sales online via their web site - then this will not, for now ( possible in future) cover high street brands, example such BOOTs in UK, using their own dedicated Social Influencers such as link below, to target Boots customers as Boots will want customers to purchase via the Boots web site, so they capture the sale and pay the commission to SI.

The RNS on 2nd June states

" signed a business agreement (the "Agreement") with a global Direct To Customer ("DTC") marketing agency (the "Agency") for the launch of Skin + CELL, its premium skin care range".

So , the "Agency" is described as a global DTC - but as you say we still do not know which parts of the globe they will promote. This will partly depends on advice from DTC and costs.

Also states..

"The Agency will lead and execute the marketing strategy for Skin + CELL, specifically:

· Oversight of promotional rollout and product positioning in the marketplace.

· Development and management of a DTC campaign.

· Influencer and brand ambassador campaigns.

· Traditional and digital marketing.

· Design, build, launch and operation of the Company's DTC e-commerce website.

This leads me to think there will be a " Development and management of a DTC campaign", a main campaign involving " multiple influencer and brand ambassador campaigns".....and possibly utilizing "Traditional and digital marketing".

I am no expert i this field, so just me thinking out loud here I guess large cosmetic chains such as Boots, etc in UK, and others similar abroad have their own "In house" influencers who promote the products sold in target cosmetic chains - to be bought either in store or online ? i imagine they do, but ill need to have a look.

Melanoma spread to the brain "now appears to be curable"

"Newly released long-term data from a groundbreaking clinical trial for advanced melanoma patients whose disease had spread to their brain has proven that long-term disease control has been achieved for over 50% of patients given combination immunotherapy as first line treatment......brain metastases are present in 30-40% of patients at diagnosis with Stage 4 (advanced) melanoma. In the past, these patients only survived for around 16 weeks.

The ABC trial was the first to demonstrate that these advanced melanoma patients could be successfully treated with combination immunotherapy using nivolumab and ipilimumab. So impressive were early survival rates from the trial, released in 2018, clinical practice changed virtually overnight.

The 7-year follow-up results released today show overall survival of 48% of patients on combination immunotherapy, with the survival rate increasing to 51% in patients given the treatment upfront.

Does sound like someone very close to the company IMO.

If they are just investors -then why would the poster expect to be listened to, when it comes to the company strategy going foreword-no one would seriously expect the company to change directions of travel just because a certain PI contacted them, with a different strategy - i think is generally accepted that they ( Scancell) are the experts .

Looks like a seemingly passive aggressive way to hurt the company's reputation, its taking a lot of their time and energy just to get the sp down a penny or so, which i don't think will happen anyway , regardless of Working at least two even bbs, the poster cant work full time, as he is here full time.

Been said a hundred times, and i think he had been allowed to debate his same narrative too far - he/ she are v. good at baiting certain posters , and almost guaranteed to get a reply - which is their intention to supply another post - so maybe consider a filter , or if you have to reply - just give your favourite stock reply each time, and leave it there.

Its a good BB for many of us here , good to have debates, disagreements etc - just needs a bit of a weeding as some do not have that balance and will always find a negative in everything - why?, because that's the intention - so not the best person to take advice from imo.

What we are told is that INCs offering is one of a very few of its kind , with successful trials, and hard science behind it - so should be a no brainer if someone is already spending this kind of money on a product with no real evidence to prove its worth - on the face of it the markets already there, customers are already buying inferior products ( in billions a year) for well over £100 a go, its now down to persuading these customers to buy something that is proven to do what is says, on the actual packaging. That's the challenge now, i guess. I am really surprised the company have not courted the press with the science behind their products, as it is suppose to be a major breakthrough, of some kind.....maybe this will be part of the launch !

i think they should make the research , trials and subsequent results much more easily accessible to the public - because most new customers may wish to read the background and results for themselves - and they will not necessarily look through all the RNS etc, or a heavy web site ..... a public friendly piece, with results and what they mean in reality as far as protection goes etc - and as many mentions of the effectiveness of the creams etc in press as possible.

This is a good news story and quite unique going by what we are told.

Once we hear the starting gun, it looks like the channels of Instagram, TikTok, and X are the most where we will find out more information , i have also read that Youtube is also doing well in this regard also. GL vas.

Interesting statistic, not sure if it accurate - as it would be a no brainer for most eligible businesses, not every influencer strategy works, surely - so these returns must be skewered towards a mean of all company's using SI , lifting the average across all company's, so the $6 return for every $1 invested must show the average return across al successful and not so successful company's, shows what can be achieved if done correctly.

I’m not sure why Graphnet have been delisted - they seem to be doing well in Manchester as this recent Manchester Health Innovation accelerator post recently named Graphene as one of its chosen projects / investments.

Graphnet has worked closely with Greater Manchester NHS since 2020, when the Greater Manchester Care Record (GMCR) was launched, powered by Graphnet’s CareCentric software - I do not think they , in themselves have a " Bleepa" type of solution , so in theory they need to purchase it from someone else, i guess.

Tom Oakley stated in June 2024

"Bleepa is the only system that allows clinicians to communicate instantly and securely via mobile devices, including the sharing of diagnostic-quality images as well as historical records and blood test results. It is in use in hospital trusts in Greater Manchester, Sussex and Berkshire and is being piloted by NHS England in the Bucks Oxon and Berkshire West ICB to improve digital diagnostic pathways)."

So, proves nothing other than Bleepa was being trialed / piloted / used n Greater Manchester a year ago plus we also know FDBK have worked closely with, and trialled the technology with Northern Care Alliance around 2023 onwards.

All circumstantial as no direct positive connection with FDBK at this stage and the radio silence continues....as i have said before, not a good look for a communication company. GL vas
