Today, we are informed that ImmuPharma Files Groundbreaking New Patent Application for P140.

Everywhere I have looked it states that the whole process from initial filing the patent to being granted ( hopefully) can take up to four years. The link below goes for around 30 months…

With no patent likely to be granted for p140 for a number of years ….and no assurance it will be patented to Imm ( if contested ) for a number of years….then how far can IMM go with this , and surely any partner , or investor will want to see the patent confirmed before investing .

On an aside I found this opportunity which again is spot on as far as FDBK is concerned, as offering around 30 m in contracts for CDCs amongst other stuff.

I was unaware that Allied Health manage the Oldham IDC which was one of the first IDCs rolled out and is a big success …they also have IDCs in Europe. .

Today, the department of health and Social care announced that

“100 Community Diagnostic Centres across the country now offer out of hours services, 12 hours a day seven days a week”.

Nice to see this Goverment announcement include two examples of good practice and success , both using Bleepa.

“ For example, Oldham CDC has slashed lung cancer diagnosis times from 42 days to just 18.8 days, meeting the Faster Diagnosis Standard for the first time. Queen Victoria Hospital CDC in East Grinstead now delivers five times more respiratory patient interactions per session, with 92% avoiding hospital outpatient appointments entirely. These centres are helping to speed up care, making it easier for patients nationwide.

Community diagnostic centres are a pivotal part of the government’s Plan for Change to transform care, moving it out of hospital and into the community.

By speeding up diagnosis and treatment, government is reducing pressure on overwhelmed hospitals and putting patients at ease faster. ”

Taking into consideration that Bleepa is the only listed company on the Digital Solutions Framework that is able to provide an end to end solution this made for interesting confirmation, and updated only recently.

It’s the AI for diagnostics that stood out for me., so may hear more as more exemplars are announced…..from memory , FDBK, and QVH ( sussex ICS) ) acted as a blueprint for how CDCs can be delivered in UK and subsequently named as one of the UK’s CDC exemplar sites…so you never know.

I received a reply from FDBK, in fact Walbrook PR ,on behalf of FDBK earlier today.

My two questions were this

In the RNS 25th Feb 25 (Half Year Results) , but not repeated in the trading statement in April 25 it was stated that

“The Board believe that Bleepa remains the only asynchronous collaboration platform that is certified for clinical image display that can therefore effectively deliver the end-to-end pathways ”

Please can you tell me if you still believe this to be correct ?

Also, as FDBK are now part of the new Digital Diagnostic Solutions Framework ( Well done) , and listed in the group entitled "Multi-Disciplinary Team Software and Associated Hardware" along with thirteen other company's offering a variety of solutions can you confirm that you also believe that none of these thirteen company's listed with feedback ,in this group are offering a similar solution to FDBKs , i.e. are in direct competition with FDBKS unique solution.

In answer to your first question, yes. The Board does believe this to be the case in large part due to the high compliance standards within the Bleepa system. There are others with overlap but not anyone who can enable the end-to-end pathway.

You are also correct; there are no direct competitors who are also part of the framework you refer to.

I am very happy to hear confirmation that FDBKS unique solution is the only solution in the £700m Digital Diagnostic Solutions Framework, in their particular group that is able to provide the digital glue, and complete end to end pathways securely.

Along with the unknown's …. The QVH award, which was awarded to FDBK in July 24 is now up for either renewal or extension. According to the release in July 24.

“The contract is set to run for 12 months, with the potential of extending for a further 12 months.”

So I expect some news from QVH sometime .hopefully a larger award plus at least one new award from the £700 million pot. GL vas
