Just to add that FDBK have regularly stated, and again only recently that "We believe Bleepa® is the only communication and workflow platform UKCA certified as a medical device for clinical image display".

We either have to believe the company or not , but I have not yet come across a company in UK offering the same solutions that FDBK are offering, that are so well aligned / relevant to the new NHS ten year plans objectives, which have already been trialled and piloted within the NHS to such an extent and giving such good results.

if anyone cares to offer the name of a direct competitor to FDBK, that have completed successful pilots in UK then please post heir details as would be of significant interest here.

Significantly, in the Investor presentation pack from Nov 24 they stated ( under heading Product Development) that "Successful completion of Bleepa Integration with GP Connect"had been achieved. IMO , i think going forward this become one of the cornerstones of the new connected health neighbourhoods etc.

“ Feedback Medical has signed a collaboration agreement with a provider of primary care solutions to explore opportunities for a neighborhood diagnostics solution.

This agreement will explore creating a solution that combines the partners’ technology and Bleepa to streamline NHS diagnostic and pathway referrals between primary care, Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) and secondary care. It is envisaged the solution will also enable some diagnostic procedures to be referred into community settings such as pharmacy or other diagnostic facilities, creating additional diagnostic capacity to support NHS waitlist recovery.

“This collaboration aligns to the Secretary of State’s vision to move care out of traditional acute provider settings and into the community, closer to patients. If successful it will provide additional capacity to the NHS and help to overcome some of the difficulties being faced by CDCs, such as recruitment challenges, by enabling redirection to fully staffed facilities. It will also offer patients’ choice and the convenience of attending their local high street for routine NHS investigations with, we believe, shorter wait times,” said Dr Oakley.”

Good news IMO, Cleared the decks ,and uncertainty about the funding and the actual timing timing of the launch ( early Aug 25) - just over a months! time.

I I can’t help thinking the reasons may be one of minimalising any future risks around the GlyMab® platform ( we are mostly positive but a risk is a risk and as far as I know the risk will be contained and limited to the new company within the mother co.

The second probably shorter term reason is the GlyMab® platform will be clean , the only focus of future funding will be around GlyMab® platform / investment or whatever by third party’s will know what they are dealing with and not all the other baggage / risks / opportunities etc that comes with the main company. The GlyMab® platform will then be perfectly packaged up going forward , ready for whatever the BODs decide to do next! This is all part of the process - there is obviously a need to do this , so something will

happen, just about timing now. iMO .

DrLevy claim trials / tests etc - so promote product as though science behind products …. Some of the before and after pics take 6 months of daily use before results. If you look at price for each product , up to £299 per product you can get an idea of what Swiss premium products can demand ……I’m no expert but looks to me this company’s products are used for blemishes and age wrinkles, as a after the event cream and INCs are more in the area of prevention, protect and survive ( skin damage / cancer area) area but could be wrong.

On 11th June 2025 , the Data (Use and Access) Bill completed its passage through Parliament and will soon become law.

Despite the usefulness of information standards, the law as currently applied has led to insufficient adoption rates among both IT suppliers and health and care providers. The Bill seeks will extend the application of information standards and strengthen enforcement powers.

These changes are particularly important given plans to improve interoperability of data and the creation of a single patient record in the NHS.

Don't blame me for the past! Yes, i have been in and out over the past year or more and back in at approx. 18p and down now , of course.

If i was employed by FDBK why would i bother to post ...i would already be better informed than I am presently. I was employed by the NHS, up until last year and took early retirement.

Don't assume that anyone can move the SP by posting here either, that's a load of old rubbish.

The reason i post here , is that I am a genuine investor, interested in a particular share that i am invested in , and chose to post on a bulletin board for investors in that particular share!

If i happen to post info i find that I find might be of interest generally here , then I post it. The info is not agreed by the company first or anything like, just info i think may be of interest and may be to others.

Lets not pretend that either of us know what the future holds, as this share is just as likely to do well,as do badly IMO.

Often said, but true... this place is a casino, the house mostly wins so don't expect to do well unless you have some luck!

RE: regarding the "lack of joined-up thinking". I get what you are saying, but personally I do not know enough of what other "processes" are being looked into so to connect London ICBs together as a whole, and even nationally.

However, as far as London is concern there is something called a "London Care Record" which has been around for a while and is used all over, and being developed, and i imagine will be developed into a lot more than just a care record , eventually. This could be the main index record that all patients, regardless from which ICB they live in London will have a file, that can be continuously updated from any other service within their ICB or another ICB in London, and maybe over time it will also connect to ICBs out of London , nationally to eventually create a national Care Record. - which may well be in the ten year plan.

The London Care Record enables health and care staff to have one secure view of a person’s relevant heath and care information. Even if a person’s details are held in other London care organisations, information can still be accessed safely and securely.

For example, if someone from Greenwich attends A&E at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in West London, staff involved can access the information they need to treat that person quickly and safely. This could include information on allergies, current medications, or existing long-term conditions.

Information is transferred securely, via a health information exchange system - this enables more effective care at the first point of contact."
