RE: IF INC actually sold the 100,000 units by end of year....14 Jun 2025 18:08
Hello Lordloads,
Should of read the revenues and gross margins are all in the previous RNSs”. and presentations . Anyone who was here last year until the wheels fell off the M deal went by the $100 retail price , in all calculations and i do not remember anyone contesting this, you will have to scroll back. i think it was from presentations, and and cant be bothered to find it now, sorry. If there any investors still here from last year , they may have it handy for you.
I'm not trying to deceive you!
As far as i am aware the retail price , etc has not been changed or announced recently. But what has been announced is that INC have said that by loosing the M deal and selling direct to the consumer then (as in recent RNS) this
"Increased revenues by selling direct to the customer ".
Increased revenues as opposed to what? Must mean increased revenues as opposed the approx 40% that was stipulated last year sometime ,possibly in a research note . The 40%, equated to approx $40 per gross unit gross to INC, from the approx $100 retail price. with a $10 manufacture cost,
· Greatly increased gross margins attributable direct to the Company.
I am unsure what percentage M would have received per sale , but usually must be at round 30% plus , so $30 , leaving a a large $30 leftover to pay for other costs of supplying product and also to "Greatly increase the Gross margin to INC " as stated from RNS . IMO could be $60 per unit to INC.
The product is still top of range product, made in Switzerland and probably will not be on sold in a Sunday flea market .
· Immediate positive cash flow as payments for orders are received in real time.
This has not changes , IMO as INC originally where going to paid on delivery and that is in one of the Sunday Roast presentations , if you care to scroll back.
If you are correct then this share is over , selling at bottom trade price range, minimal gross and nett profit if at all. However, the company stated that that are now going to.....
" Increased revenues by selling direct to the customer.
· Greatly increased gross margins attributable direct to the Company. "
AS INC have never traded before, they must be alluding to the M deal, IMO, or if i am wrong, which deal are they increasing margins on?
if i was was sceptical , i would just sell now and get my 3p or 4p or whatever pittance the MMs offer that day -but i'm not as sceptical as you yet!
Have a look what quality skin cream, with no science behind it get to sell for world wide, and your find that $100 a unit is not so expensive, but a product with science behind it, and excellent promotion it should command a higher price IMO. Its drugs science with medical results but without the pharma expenses to get it anywhere near humans for sale ...... this could be a very interesting pho pharma play , if the media get behind it along with a pharma price tag, which $100 a unit is cheap in many places.
