RE: 1,000,000 trade5 Sep 2025 11:04
I wonder at what price the seller/s bought the share at, to be able to sell down at these prices! is it distress, de risking, or possible some manipulation by a large holder.
If you look at at the last calendar month , August 5th to today. The sp high on the 4th Aug. was 11.6p, and today 8.8 p to buy - so down nearly 3p !, in a time with news pending, and we were informed Martyn Diggle had bought approx. 10 million shares at 10p !!
If i were allowed to be fanciful, and with no evidence to back this up - it would look like to me that someone wants the sp as low as possible before the news, selling into the market only to get back in later , if required..
Lets be honest no one should know the direction of travel for the results outside of Scancell, yet i am not so naive to think that this does not happen...
So on the one hand if no one has sight of the results unofficially then these few million sells are probably a reshuffle of a large holder, maybe a small derisk and on the other hand if news had leaked - then i think we would be seeing a lot more than a few millions being sold off, pretty dam quick.
The only other theory i can come up with is its raise, at some price down here....but i am under the impression this should is not expected at this time. Is this correct ?
They ( not sure who they are) say buy the story and sell on news , but Scancell seem ( so far) to be selling on the story, which is a shame as its one of the best story they have had so far IMO. just my thought. GL Vas
