Presumably summa will negotiate fees with the SLAA and then summa, as the operator will negotiate with its various contractors- inc WSG

Higher fees will be necessitated by an upgraded facility, which the passenger will have to bear- however summa is bearing the cost and risk of the investment and will pare contractors fees to the bone (as per Tema and MSC)?

I have no evidence that renegotiations are in progress- other than the master of deception’s innuendo

Fowler is re-negotiating both the DRC and Liberia deals- both of have taken over two years- he should have taken more time with more mature contingency planning

In DRC he realised that RVA were/are in dire financial and organisational chaos and that his main negotiating partner was imprisoned for corruption- he did not share this with SHs however

In Liberia he realised that the unions may reject the Proposals to increase port fees- no infrastructure work had even been started

Now both contracts will require lengthy re-negotiation and involvement of local third parties- similar to the Tema model- it will reduce costs and improve management of local staff

A judge would see him more as dishonest rather than incompetent and treat him accordingly
