Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
SRI undertakes client sponsored research in various areas of scientific research
Its has a system of cargo delivery (mgs) which delivers various moieties inc nanoparticles
Nuvec is also a delivery vehicle- likely to need enhancement or it will not progress (commercially)
Nuvec protects the nucleic acid from enzymatic breakdown and carries more than one rna (for example)
Mgs uses peptides to better target cells/organelles
There is some focus on eventual commercial development, although N4p has had similar collaborations with non profit organisations before
Who funds what? What are the milestones/timelines?
Gibbo you can’t hide WSG’s past
New investors only need to look at the SP graph and history of management dishonesty and incompetence
WSG has taken a high risk strategy in DRC which much larger companies with much higher competence and resources have declined.
Fowler is not afraid to gamble our money and also to encourage SP speculation prior to placements- there have been tens of MoUs which have faded into a 20 year mist
Let’s hope the Sierra queen fiasco and tema are not repeated. Both were trumpeted by fowler as transformational contracts (worth ‘hundreds of million usd’) and the ferry was loss making
It will take a while to make a judgement on this- the least reliable evidence from fowler’s RNS- new investors would be wise not to take these at face value and do careful research
It will take a while to see through the smoke screen
Delusional but hopeful
The main issues are similar to tema
Managing a problematic workforce in a faraway unstable environment in multiple locations (inc volcano hit war torn Goma)
Negotiating a sensible contract which delivers a profit (rather than a loss)
Fowler will trumpet parts of the contract and forget to mention the important dodgy bits
The video of the new Kinshasa financial centre looks nice. Fowler seems happy but slightly disorientated- thankfully he emphasised the DRC initials to confirm for newbies (and himself) which country he is in
The reality of dealing with disgruntled (and poorly treated) RVA customs officers in provincial airports will be different- they burned down some of the offices in 2021. Also Shungu (RVA chief) has been removed without due process in recent weeks- it’s a shame- he was doing a good job
Alphonse shungu, previous head of the RVA in DRC is under investigation for various alleged misdemeanours. He has been removed from his position in dec 23 and replaced with new management- he is unable to leave the country on government orders
WSG have hoped to take over the customs division of RVA since June 2021- they have negotiated the deal with 3 RVA leads who have either been imprisoned or are under criminal investigation

Lawrence was adjudged in the ruling to have been aware of the widespread culture and practice of ‘ghosting’ at keyguard- not a great advert for their services if he remains CEO
This is not gaining momentum or generating much excitement in the scientific community
To do so requires some academic endorsement through journal publications or conference presentations
Its stuck near the start line
The Turkish company milvest submitted a 1.2 bn usd bid to modernise Ndjili on 10th nov 2023
How does this fit in with fowler’s plans?
The Turkish company are already established in DRC delivering on a large financial centre- they promise not to appropriate airport fees/go-pass

Fowler has fattened himself on placing money and is in deep deep cyber-hibernation hoping for an awakening- he has sent out his tema podcast on an intergalactic spaceship hoping alien life will pick it up and require Wsg services in distant decades- he is working bloody hard to get these deals over the line
Tempest’s trial showed that its product improved survival in liver cancer when added to two Roche drugs
It was a phase 1b/2 rct with 40 patients from autumn 21 to april23. The multi-centre study was run by Roche
N4p need a large collaborator- a much more advanced product- and one that’s works
The bottomline is that they are still loss making
The tema contract was unsustainable- they were unable to work with a local partner
The DRC contract has not been ratified and was born out of the desperation of the prior RVA CEO just before his imprisonment
The large DRC placing has avoided recent placings, which remain in the pipeline
SL contract runs out 2027
Nigel is a good communicator but not a engineer, scientist or doctor
As with all early stage entrepreneurs he has to convince investors to trust him in speculative tech
Unfortunately the reformulation division was a hopeless venture in which the main achievement was tens of patents for multiple reformulated generic drugs which the original pharma behemoths had no interest in reformulating themselves. Nigel was able to convince some of the people here that he could achieve something Pfizer et Al could not do. He hopelessly failed
