One of Fowler’s main strengths are his RNS creations- I enjoy them- allow for plausible denial- very strongly bordering on misleading and couched in bullish confidence on how he is working for LTH- really lovely

I knew of oral MSNs to deliver fenofibrate
Also intravenous very small Cornell dots ( less than 10nm) for radiographic dyes with antibody targeting

Regarding ‘gras’ fda status that’s for food silica - ind status for Cornell dots- and other size MSNs not classified (yet)

In the last 3 yrs there has been a small safety study of oral mesoporous silica - seemed safe- for up to 12 weeks - it refers to itself as first in man study

What’s needed is in vivo results- for each individual nucleotide and ideally loaded together- and compared to an industry control
The development programme is under powered- they can’t get the nucleotide to deliver- they may have to choose a different one

Lack of the BCL-2 si RNA nucleotide and no clarity on when this will be resolved

Nigel is positive about EGFR but is stuck at the starting post with lack of coordination in the development programme with everything outsourced

Fowler is clever- provides partial information with deadpan confidence and a veneer of respectability- misses out key details often under the pretext of client confidentially eg location, or agreed costs. It makes research difficult and penalises those have blind trust in his honesty.

If WSG’ s involvement is phased out between now and contract end in 2027 what legal recourse does fowler have- the compensation claim can be balanced up against the legal costs/ time and revenue from a less favourable agreement. In tema- scanport have created conditions of constructive dismissal for WSG- fowler present this as a voluntary choice

Can the SLAA offer WSG security work elsewhere- another port or airport in SL?

They will get less than zilch from summa- and fowler will ensure the shaft is borne by shareholders (not himself)
