I don’t agree that he is a clown
I think he is quite clever and has achieved a good outcome for himself and his family and presumably his long-standing staff
He will say that his RNS were made in good faith and investors take their own risk/ benefit decisions
In retrospect almost all of his proposals and plans have failed- he has never made a profit-only losses- and has been dependent on loans and placings- hence it feels as though he has lied in order to gain our investment money- an issue is whether it should face a criminal investigation although it seems he would not be culpable due to the high threshold required

This bulletin board and its posters is marginal and routinely dismissed and despised by fowler- maybe understandably so
The key stakeholders are those who provide annual AGM endorsement of the WSG management team and those who have funded the share dilution with serial placements- fowler has done an extraordinary job over the years in convincing these two key constituents to support him
At his retirement he will reflect that this has allowed the company to achieve double digit revenue growth and he will minimise all the vaunted RNS ambitions he convinced the poor SHs would come to pass, but have been empty promises and mistruths

Summa want full control of airport set up, and delivery and need to maximise revenue generation in a project with significant risks. The last thing they need is to incorporate a small third party (WSG) management siphoning off funds, to whom they have no contractual obligations.
WSG have been encouraged to make commercial ties with summa, but what do they have to offer, especially now that set up is almost complete?
Can anyone make this case for them?

Why do you think they are unable to provide any detail- why has summa not met them to date- what’s your analysis?

Fowler is endorsed by the SHs at each AGM

This is part of the 3 yr UQ programme
It’s positive but still an exploratory uni project with a small no of rodents- no detail is given

Fowler blasted the SP to approx 90p on the back of some these vaunted proposals/claims

He will claim that investors should have been aware of the risks. Also it’s not his remit to ensure that the nomad is honest- he will argue that it is the system that it at fault to let these frauds operate with impunity

The lack of RNS raises concern that WSG have no involvement in the current ORAT trials and therefore the new terminal- all of this would have been well planned over the past 1-2 yrs with fowler well aware
The old terminal will be gradually wound down- do others disagree? Is this factored into the current SP?

Fowler is an experienced operator, and he is competent at raising funds
His time estimates are driven by what he can get away- they are never accurate- and it is not a sign of incompetence- mainly being liberal with the truth
He argues that delays are common in the business areas they work, and he is an optimistic person

The best on offer is a DRC contract in which the profit is low/nil and they have unmanageable conflict with the local agents- they don’t have the management resources or expertise to resolve the adverse working conditions which are dissonant with a western set up

In return fowler will pump the SP for a while and fire off 1or 2 big placings

Similar pattern to Tema

The more likely scenario is no new foreign MSC and the need for cost cutting

They should focus on their successes- online training and the local initiatives with the protect legislation

1) queens funeral went well- outreach needed for elderly states people- eg pope Benedict or Nancy pelosi
2) rapid exit from tema following horse head in Stuart’s bed- teams meetings rather than site visits

1) The wind down and cessation of Tema operations in coming weeks/ months
2) cost cutting programme and measures to limit losses
3) no placement in 2023 dependent on no new set up costs and reliant on cost cutting
4) update needed on the new lungi terminal and WSG future role in this

Tema has been their main achievement of the last 10years along with fowler’s queens award

It was a foothold in Western Africa with plausible expansion of a cut price scaleable model of a scanning training/supervisory/ maintenance role, supporting local providers

Instead it’s become a case example of how not to collaborate with local companies
