What is fowler’s attitude to long term shareholders?

It also shows that fowler lost his grip on reality and was selling investors a dud based on his delusion. he kept back the location but gave all the details of a lucrative contract- he was consumed with his own greed and incompetence

In DRC he also publicised a lucrative contract and chose not to divulge that his main negotiating partner had been imprisoned for embezzlement

Fowler needs to be reminded that he has destroyed shareholder value.

He needs to feel some discomfort- otherwise he sees SHs as a group of irritants

Fowler’s extraordinarily poor record since 2012 generates a lot of discussion -I am not sure why at this stage

His bi annual placements have kept the company afloat-and he has been aided by an atrociously dishonest nomad

To delay a placement he will have to reduce running costs?

Presumably redundancies/pay cuts/ do less unprofitable work

He has always come up trumps in the past, and kept the show on the road

The decline here is due to lack of deliverable substantial contracts- not just general market decline and collapse of easy credit-unfortunately the business model is not working but it’s taken over a decade to prove incontrovertibly- not able to expand beyond Freetown

Fowler has been able to convince waves of serial placees over the years- he has done well on this- kept a simple message- no complicated discussion of African politics or scenarios- simply extremely biased information which always favours the house

The discussion of ageing non ratified contracts is a red herring. All momentum behind these projects has been lost; the various blockages have become ossified/set in stone and fowler is providing bland assurances that another deceased parrot is in fact alive- it’s just not moving. He is doing so with a straight face, without monty python irony, and predators on here repeat his words didactically
An important bit is the cash position- it sounds like they are treading water- but they will not be able to launch new (substantial) projects- no mention of redundancies or contraction

The holders here are hoping for fowler to announce a re- negotiated DRC contract with a ‘lionshare’ of the profit with Enforced partner AUKS, also boots on the ground by SEPT (year not mentioned) which will be a ‘formality’-no caveats mentioned- including the negotiating partner being imprisoned for embezzlement

It may take a few weeks/months after the RNS and associated placement for the newbies to realise they have been mugged

How much does fowler need to raise?

TNF alpha has already been shown to be toxic by other companies when delivered in unmodified form

The point of exercise is attracting commercial partners/MTAs with alternate plasmids

The oncology work replicates previous results with better results at a lower dose- it will be interesting to see if TNF alpha is produced by multiple organs including the liver- and will be generally toxic- or whether it will be produced more locally

The other results are v early stage

In the past he has employed desperate measures to save his skin, and the gullible have fallen for serial placements. The nomad is also crooked

He is a master manipulator- in some ways he is incredible- he has fooled others into believing he is unlucky and incompetent- but the latter cannot occur repeatedly over a decade without intentional design

Fowler will attempt to brazen this out- no need to communicate failure

How will fowler raise money moving forward?
He has had a steady stream of people gobbling placement shares in the past- can this continue?

Fowler’s grossly exaggerated claims of success and frank dismissal of repeated failures keeps the gullible and naive asking for more.

It seems believable- there are long term lucrative contracts in DRC and Liberia announced on consecutive days for which ‘boots are the ground’ and require only ‘formalities’ before implementation in the coming days

Fowler robs the naive as surely as a thug in an alleyway
