Oncological indications will be much harder to treat than covid- delivery of multiple siRNA will likely be needed- though an organic vector will be preferred

Positive results in relation to other delivery vectors needed- otherwise another development pathway withers- and no commercial partners until then- it needs a lot more optimisation- a decades worth- if it survives

They confirm agglomeration/ clumping of nuvec particles when plasmid is added, which may be reduced with controlled ultrasonication- however they add that proper assessment requires cell transfection studies to see if this makes a difference in practice to nuvec plasmid delivery

There is an arguable similarity with Abdallah billenge in DRC where the head of the airport authority exhibits business judgement and ethics below the acceptable standard, resulting in immediate failure of the contract with WSG for Liberia and DRC respectively.

The respective airport authorities did not fully consult the necessary stakeholders and conduct prior to due diligence- in Liberia the local businesses refused the tariff increase required to pay Wsg- in DRC the RVA were in revolt against partial privatisation, ongoing non payment of salary and benefits arrears and poor working conditions. Wsg were chosen as they may have been willing to ignore these irregularities and proceed with half baked contracts- it’s unclear how Wsg would have coped with non payment of Monrovia fees or dissatisfied RVA agents

Fowler has given no indication of engagement with the summa group in the new terminal expansion

However this breaches the terms of their contract with the SLAA- the latter may argue that a meeting was convened in feb 21 to introduce the respective parties and encourage collaboration

Will the opening of the new terminal affect the SL revenue? Now and up to 2027? Will it impact contract renewal?
