Possible scenarios:

1. Our CEO has no idea what he is doing. I may say many things about TB but he will have a plan.

2. The company is taken private. BRH only has 30% of the shares so is it possible for that to occur? Do they need a majority? Will that devalue BRH even more if they lose their investment in this and lead to that becoming worthless.

3. Our CEO does know what he is doing and is not interested in the current mcap because he has no intention of selling until a) phase 2 has started or b) he doesn’t want to sell and would prefer a partner to give an upfront payment, finance the trial and then subsequently dividend payments for years to come?

4. None of the above as we don’t have a clue what is happening yet.

Well let’s hope it is 3 or 4. My feeling is it could be 3b).

If you think 1) or 2) then I personally would jump ship and rescue what you can.

As also just my ideas and thoughts.

Interims next month so hopefully a bigger update.

I believe in IB’s tech. I also trust MS and he has his and his team's reputation including his wife (and her shares) to think about. With regards TB/Semantic, it is interesting to read their points of view but you need to make your own mind up.

In my mind somewhere, hopefully in the near future ie when phase 2 has commenced, a much bigger company will decide this is a risk they are willing to take and we will get our money, and a lot more, back.

If as semantic keeps implying it somebody who bought in the recent raise that is offloading their shares then the most they can sell is 7.5m otherwise they would have had to be a TR1 previously.

So have we had near 7.5m rounded sells recently?

Again just offering a different point of view for a balanced argument so cautious please don’t accuse me of just sycophantly following semantic.

Do BRH have funds to takeover IBAI?

Interestingly according to the BRH results they class IBAI has having a book value of about £600k.

Could it be just be deemed a soft close so people taking IB003 can carry on with it? In which case shouldn’t that be viewed as a positive? If these participants have no other alternative drugs they could take then why stop them having access to it?

So we have had a director’s buy and confirmation of where we stand with regards IB003 recently. The company seems to be trying to send out positive signals. The question is do you take this as a) a ploy or b) sharing the bits of good news they can?

I feel it is b) but I can see why people think a). Let’s see what happens with the sp this week. I would guess an increase in the sp but if it follows recent patterns then somebody will sell a few million and the price will drop to these levels or maybe a bit higher.

BB regards me being positive, I was just going to post the intangible assets, aka the company IP, is only worth a similar amount to the money TB got for selling his shares BRH. A coincidence? But then the new RNS came out.

We need to try and be positive or why be here?

I would view it as more positive than that. A soft close means we are now definitely on our way to phase 2. Maybe it was a request from the FDA?

With regards funding they are exploring both options of going alone or working with a partner. We have got this far without a partner, the question will be how much further can we get?

Good news normally equals a drop in sp, let’s see what happens today.

Soft close I guess means people are still taking IB003 rather than stopping the supply of it to the patients. So again good news I would say.

The value to those who the imaging or IB003 help is priceless to those families. Long may that continue. As more people are helped the logic should be that the mcap increases. Unfortunately as semantic says that doesn’t seem to happen here.

So what if anything can be changed to alter the mcap (in a positive manner) and over what timeframe?

I think most shareholders are worried about the company being bought by TB et all at this knock down price? A statement saying that is not the case would reassure a lot of people.

I hope we get on the radar of GSK. After the problems with Blenrep they may want to add a drug that seems to be being helped not hindered by FDA.
