Maybe we should be asking more questions of Brett Skelly than TB? Next time passing Barnsley, maybe one of us should knock on his door and ask what he is doing for us shareholders. Always seemed strange dealing with a little company in Barnsley basically at the entrance to the “old tin oyle”.

The simplistic way I understand it is:

Let’s say the shares are worth 10p (we wish but hope) and If they meet the criteria ie still work for the company and IB nimble has been sold (hence sp increase) they can buy the shares at 1.45p and sell them (if they want to) and make 8.55p profit per share.

So 500000 at 8.55p profit would be £42750

Hence they really need the share price to be well into double figures to make a decent profit

I know Phil or somebody will correct me if wrong but does that sound about right?

You have been asking why the sale. You now have been given a reason. It is not up to us to speculate upon TB’s thoughts and well being. You say sell to his family but then buy now at 0.6p. They couldn’t do both due to 30% rule. He got more cash than he would have now.

Thanks for that hopefully that will stop all the questions and people can focus on the company and all it is achieving for patients and subsequently, we hope, shareholders. TB appears to have done what’s best for his family which any of us would do.

Hopefully we are one of those who can achieve it after phase 2. There is no current drug we would have to be “better than” in phase 3. Obviously the MTD, efficacy etc from a larger phase 2 would need to show the results we seem to be getting from the initial phase 1 results.

No, just in a different time zone. My wife likes to spend the money we are going to get when this share really takes off on holidays.

Kaneonaim, so yes thousands down but not anywhere near the tens of thousands due to this sp fall. However, I still believe we will be highly successful and judging by the recent “delayed” RNS so do its employees.

Hopefully we will all be rewarded when this share takes off. The highlighted company etc in the journal will hopefully help the imaging side. We can only hope for some of the percentage revenue that max highlighted. Then we can all look forwarded to extended holidays.

I hope everybody has a good rest of the weekend and we get some good news that has a positive effect on the sp with the interims next week. Maybe Monday if semantic has posted this weekend (his comments, if he posts more, would hence be unable to give any details that could effect the market prior to it opening on Monday.

I think we can sort out the criteria for phase 2 with the FDA during the soft close, if we look back at past RNSs. They would give us more support if we got breakthrough designation but I assume MS is waiting for all the data to be analysed from phase 1 before resubmission. Hopefully Mike updates us next week with the interims.

The big question I have can we get it approved after only 2 phases? We have got the maximum tolerated dose, apparently no serious side effects and it extends people’s survival and their quality as well. I would hope the FDA is doing everything it can to get this approved asap.

Just a few percent of that revenue would be nice. So why isn’t our technology raising revenue, it would be nice if the board could elaborate or their plans to increase it.

Also would the sale of IB Nimble mean we could self fund phase 2? Why announce make this announcement today if the board meeting was in February?

I am hoping that if we could self fund, if required, this would give us a stronger hand when negotiating with prospective partners for IB003. Is this the reason for the RNS today?

I would also hope this makes TB trying to take the company private that people are worried about less likely to happen. I am also guessing the sale of IB nimble may be to do with the Blackford comment we got previously.

For these share options to be worth anything to employees they need the sp to be well in excess of 10p, which is good news for us.
