Let’s hope you (and AI) are correct. But at what price would they sell Nimble? There does seem to be a case made for them working together. It’s a pity the new MO means no updates from Mike until signed, sealed and delivered. Maybe look out for a tweet or whatever the similar thing is on LinkedIn. That could be a good indicator of collaboration rather than competition.

Sounds more like a competitor for IB Nimble to me. But raising $70+ sounds good to me. They can buy Nimble for that if they want. A nice birthday present for TB.

It contains this bit “Brown, chief executive of Truetide plc, said: "We have had a representative on the Autins board since we first invested in the group, when our holding stood at 26.95 per cent. We have since increased our holding to the current 29.09 per cent.”

This is not in the RNS!

So my thought is has Mr Brown done publicity for Truetide/Autins? If so why will he not do it for IBAI?

Thanks, I am more interested in looking at the effect and reasons all this movement has on the mcap which has now dropped to £1.48m. I prefer to use that as a point of reference as the spread is so ridiculous.

Buys far outweighed sells yesterday drop 9%

No need to even suggest humble pie. With this company all company sense, normal operating procedures etc goes out of the window. We all “guess” what we think is happening then either nothing happens or the exact opposite does.

Only we are all sure of is the tech side is worth far more than the current mcap (hence the lack of sellers) and we all hope the GaM side is worth more than that.

Here’s an observation. Mike does publicity etc for IB news etc. Who does publicity for Kirkstall? That post Max found sums up it up.

A great innovation but who actually knows about it? No RNS. It is not on the Kirkstall website home page (https://kirkstall.com/) you have to click “more papers” to view it.

Why are we not publicising all our products more? Do we actually have anybody in charge of publicity or even responsible for publicity?

I am going to go out on a limb here and say greater publicity would equal a greater share price. It seems a no brainer to me and I would love somebody from the company including/or Semantic to explain why we don’t do it.

I believe semantic said something like a targeted audience for our products before so not worth doing (apologies if incorrect). That may well be the case but that doesn’t encourage new share holders. Plus the old strategy obviously hasn’t worked well if we are struggling to break even.

My rant for the day over.

They do use Freddos at time to judge price increases. So currently 60-70 shares to buy a freddo
