RE: No ambiguity just answers!22 Apr 2026 17:51
So looking back at last few annual reports, you can see a trend of the board acknowledging the mcap is lower than expected. So my question is when are they finally going to show the shareholders an actual plan to rectify this problem?
If they can’t fix the problem, in fact the Mcap has actually fallen, repeatedly, when will we get people who can. World leading tech at Poundland prices!
No ambiguity just answers please
Thanks
“2023 annual report
With an unprecedented and increasing number of trials currently underway, our focus in 2023 is to convert as many as possible of those trial sites to long-term customers.
It is five years since IQ-AI acquired Imaging Biometrics. Throughout that time the IB team have worked continuously and intensively to innovate and develop what has now become a valuable portfolio of medical IP. We believe that the cumulative accretion of value during this time is not adequately reflected in the current market valuation of the Company, and we are now considering how best to address this anomaly.
2024 annual report
The new financial year has started off well, and revenue to date is higher than the comparable period in 2023. If this trend continues, we expect to exceed last year's revenue.
2025 annual report
•We are expecting a modest loss this year, and expect to at least break even, or achieve a profit next year, if current trends continue.
· GE Healthcare is now a sales partner, with training for their sales and marketing teams recently completed. GEH has provided the Company with promising sales projections.
•Although there has been considerable product development and innovation over past years, profits have been elusive. Currently our market capitalisation is around £1.8m, one of the lowest it has been, despite obvious value enhancement. The Company currently has no debt, a large bank of IP, and the potential of revenue and further value realisation from the Clinical trial and EAP initiatives and developed products. The directors share the frustration of shareholders with the valuation accorded the Company by the market, not least because we are also significant shareholders. The Company continues to have huge potential in the opinion of the directors, though this does not appear to be a view shared by the market if one takes the current share price as a guide.”
