Oh well that’s only in October we may get a RNS with a proper update before then.

Totally agree. Ever since the start of GaM it was stated it passed BBB hence could be used to target GBMs.

We have either been lied to or they are not letting us know all the information.

Modus operandi did not say in what way. It appears they mean more secrecy

Have we fallen out with MCW?

It’s about time the board explained where exactly we stand with commercializing GaM or have we all being mislead by the numerous RNS’s over the years.

Surely MCW know what was submitted for publication?

The lack of communication is terrible at the moment. Second trial by MCW without involving IB, not even sure if they are using our imaging technology.

Come Mike and Trevor please tell us what is happening.

At this rate we will have a mcap of below £1m by the time we get the year end results so I hate to think how low by the time the GaM results are published.

In theory CC and JC should know in the next week or so if the results have been approved and then about another month for them to be published. So will we get told anything in April by IBAI?

It is ok IN posting these increases in times of imaging technology usage over the last decade but why hasn’t that translated into profits for IB. They need to say why they have not turned that into major revenue streams and how they intend to now change that situation. We know the potential but Mike has no excuses from now on with regards revenue.

Just rereading all the details on where the trial data may be published. I reckon it could take 3 months from submission to actually being published https://helpcenter.frontiersin.org/s/article/How-long-does-the-review-process-take

In which case we are at least a month away from publication, assuming it is all approved first time. So that could make it interesting as to what appears in the year end accounts. They could just say the IB003 results are awaiting publication which will be taken as stalling but not the company’s fault.

To get the share price ball rolling we need to be profit making and with increased sales forecast for this year. Then an indication of can the IB003 data generate any revenue and if we have had any interest in the data.

I think they may be hoping to have the data results for the AGM. So basically we could be getting no news for quite a few weeks. So time to stop/reduce posting for a few weeks. Have a good Easter everybody. Obviously I could be totally wrong, as normal.

So it is April next week. Will the new modus operandi mean we get update on our investments? A full update detailing new contracts, how they expect to monetize nimble, can we expect any revenue from our GaM data etc.

How they intend to increase the sp for all long term shareholders in the short, medium and long term. I used the word increase because as of lately every action from the company has led to a decrease. Some actual sustained positive movement by the share price would improve people’s attitude to the board.

5% loss for no sales, I am sure it has happened before Max, quite a few times. Normally we get a deal that afternoon for a few pounds to justify it.

One day we will get some “proper” positive news, soon I hope. The year end results should be here within a month and hopefully some proper information on how TB intends to increase the sp. However, we were told that a few years ago and the sp has been decimated since then.

We need to see the imaging side has started to generate a profit and that revenue will continue to increase. No excuses as GaM isn’t taking up Mike’s time. Unless we are selling or licensing then I think we would all forgive him the silence.

Cautious you never know that Porsche (or Volvo) may be on the cards. Maybe the new director may actually buy some shares to justify a TR1? Show some confidence in our products rather than just taking a salary.

Max I was led to believe that it was CC writing up the report not JC, maybe combined? Hopefully we find out the results way before May.

Also have they actually informed us the EAP concluded? I know it has via the clinical trials website but not seen that in a RNS nor the award of some funding for the GAM paediatric trial imaging. A bit more official communication needed at the moment I am afraid. Even semantic has gone quite. Maybe, as cautious suggested, it is a closed period for something we are not aware of yet?

If the board weren’t committed to the company they could have let it be liquidated. They have spent many months formulating a plan and meeting the requirements for relisting. I bought at £1+ previously and am now buying at 1p loss. If you don’t trust the board then don’t invest. If you do then there is a chance you can either make quite a bit or lessen your losses. But you could lose it. It is your choice and risk.

The things that stick out to me is:

They didn’t let the company be liquidated

The world needs graphite and we own it in abundance the question is can we mine it at such a cost we can make a profit?

It should be very interesting over the next year or so what happens to this share.

Good point Max. But again that would be under the control of MCW staff. I am seriously thinking we need to control our own destiny and we are sometimes held back or more likely delayed by MCW. I just get that feeling when I have had communications with MS or TB. They seem to control the data we own.

We just need a bit of clarification from MS and diversification in who we deal with in my opinion.

I agree it could be a closed period but that wouldn’t stop an announcement about the GaM. Let’s wait and see.

I am more confident than Kane but do worry about the lack of updates. I would hate all the effort and potential to help sufferers to go to waste.

If the results had been presented earlier I think we would have done a phase 2 but we have no control over MCW medical staff which does concern me.

Happy to be proved wrong by a blockbuster RNS hopefully quite soon.

We know the article was submitted prior to 11 February so why the delay? Has it been checked and approved for publication or does it need correcting or indeed rejected? The company needs to start telling us what is happening. Silence creates discourse and rumours which is not what we want.

Mike is ignoring emails about the publication and whether or not the data has any commercial value.

We are being left in limbo again.

Can we please be informed what is happening with our data and will we be likely compensated for it being used by other parties?

I worry at times about our links with MCW. They seem to hold a lot of power eg GaM, demonstrating our imaging and other tech etc. have we put all our eggs in one basket?

I don’t know if people can remember a few years back the company posted about Christopher Chitambar and it sounded like an obituary. It didn’t make any sense the post why it was posted. He was the one of the main person on the GaM trial. Were we trying to”butter him up”? He was also writing the phase 1 results up that kept getting delayed. Maybe just all coincidences but is something at MCW hampering IB/IBAI progress?

It just feels things happening in the background we have no clue about.

We know the results were submitted over 5 weeks ago, I would guess the journal was Frontiers as that was where the last one was submitted. Since then we have heard nothing more.

Have the results been approved and awaiting publication,

have they been asked to resubmit with amendments,

have they been rejected

or do the company not have a clue when they may get a result?

Mike is being silent, so too is semantic. Max keeps finding tweets but no official update.

Similarly we have not been officially told about the sub awardee status.

Has the new focus on imaging led to any increases in revenues?

We really are being left in the dark. The year end results are due next month will we hear anything before then?
