This is why I have an issue with AI (apologies Phil not a dig at you)

No where at all have I seen this mentioned by the company. In fact Mike seems unwilling or unable to comment on this. So in my opinion all the things that follow are based on a false fact. At the moment the value of GAM is priced in at £0 in the share price. Hopefully that may change but we don’t know how the company wish to proceed apart from it apart from it’s been put on a back burner. The more people search for this or indeed takeover rumours the more AI will start to use them as facts.

Just my opinion and especially on AI currently. Indeed we have been “misled” by semantic and his use of AI to create narratives about the possible valuations of a phase 1 drug company.

Unfortunately doesn’t explain what is happening with our data and will it generate any revenue.

I am guessing the money from the grant is what the previous RNS alluded to when it mentioned no funding needed for this year.

The big question still remains is our phase 1 data actually have a value. That seems to be continuously ignored by the company. Maybe Mike isn’t replying because maybe a big announcement saying the data has been sold. We wish but knowing our luck it would be sold to trutide for a pound.

What is concerning is we have not been told about where we stand with the MCW team using the data we own. We are not sponsors but sub awardees, what does that actually mean?

We don’t know when the trial result is going to be published, we don’t know if it needs amending/updating and we also don’t know if there is any value in the data if it is being used by MCW staff.

Currently all we get is a few tweets. MS seems to have gone silent. The new modus operandi seems incredibly like the old way of working.

Quite a few subscription company started off being free and now charge. IB must be well thought of as a prize asset judging by the RNS last year and share options. That was before the update. 6m shares at 4p, the staff who created it must believe in it and IB as well

I think he is as frustrated by this as much as we (and I would also say TB) are. These results are taking far too long to be published and not IB’s fault. MCW control that side of things and were involved in extending the trial length.

If anything the delay has made it so IB can’t sponsor phase 2 without running out of funds I reckon. Imagine how long the phase 2 would take. I think far better to sell it up to someone with far deeper pockets and resources. Then Mike and the team can concentrate on the imaging/tech side. Then sell that for $50m+ when Google or somebody comes knocking at the door.

It might be time to check out of here for a month or so as literally nothing to see here just MMs making their small profit on less than 0.2% of stock traded per day. Probably same again tomorrow, up 10% in the day and then somebody sells 54k and we finish in the red.

I would love to be proved wrong but I can’t see anything big announced in the next few weeks. So an early have a good weekend to everybody. Speak again in March unless something exciting happens in the mean time.

We don’t know any details (no surprise there) on the deal with GEHC. I did find the pay per use price previously I think it was in the region $10-$20 but will try to find it again.

Far more people than that comment on here but are they willing to commit? Also we need somebody who understands finance, business, law etc far better than me to organise it. I started the ball rolling but can somebody now take it further? We need to act as a united entity with everybody getting involved.

I have said I am waiting for the comprehensive update (got), trial results (still awaiting) and annual results (RNS alluded to a profit this year but a bit unsure if they were taking about last complete financial year or 2026 onwards).

We are stronger when united together but can people unite?

I think what we all agree is the company should tell us what the phase 1 trial results are. If they don’t then the new modus operandi isn’t really fit for purpose.

It does not matter what the results are we have stood by the company for long enough and have had many RNS’s updating us about it so we need some sort of closure regardless of what happens to it or not in the future.

We know they have been submitted but that doesn’t satisfy our need for information on our previous investment in GaM. How good or bad are they? If they have no future value we deserve to know, similarly if it may have a future value. We are all guessing and hoping without knowing the facts.

Preliminary results were reported via a RNS “Among the 23 subjects with evaluable data, early signs of efficacy have been observed, with an overall survival ("OS") of 32 months.” So why not the actual results?

From July RNS “The Company will provide further updates as the trial progresses toward formal closure and data dissemination.” the key phrase being data dissemination.

Why start a paediatric trial unless the results were promising?

Stop leaving us on tenterhooks and just tell us the results and if our data has any possible future value please.
