I think we should tweak 3 of the questions to:

• what exactly is the new modus operandi and how will it increase shareholder value back, and beyond, to where it was prior to the sale of significant shares to Braveheart (now Truetide)?

•have we had any discussions with other entities about the sale or licensing of our phase 1 data, and if so what valuation was discussed? Similarly any discussions on the sale of any of IB’s technology?

•can the revenue be broken down per customer eg MCW, GEHC, Blackford etc and other users?

If anybody has any issues with these tweaks please let me know by Tuesday. I am guessing we should get the AGM notice early next week and I want to submit the questions asap so as to get it all sorted.

I have been saying for a while there could be issues between IB and MCW but I don’t think we would ever get an answer about that. Hopefully what we could see is both the imaging side and/or GaM data being sold because of internal tensions. What we don’t want is a Stonechecker situation

I would far prefer we got answers to what we believe are our relevant questions.

We have shown previously if we act as a united team we can get answers. We might not like the answers but at least then we can make our own choices then.

We have all on here regularly whinged etc. I far prefer to actually try and do something and this seems the best chance to try and get some answers. It may or may not work but at least we can try.

Phil has mentioned PYC and what happened there. That was 78% I believe voted against the board. At the moment Red, Max, CL and I have said we would like some answers but we only have around 4% of the mcap between us. That figure hopefully will

Increase. I would say personally I don’t want the board change but I do want more information.

You have said previously you don’t mind the company being liquidated I would say you could be the only one wanting that. I know you said how much you made previously some of us haven’t had that opportunity and I wouldn’t want to do anything that would worsen the situation for any shareholder. So I think that’s where we differ.

I still believe we need to show a united front to make our voice heard. The more people who show the bigger our holdings and we want to hear answers to questions (not ambiguity) the better I believe. We got nearly 16m shares as a group last time, can we do better than that this time?

With Red, Max and I (CL just awaiting your confirmation of it being 0.9m) we have just short of 10m shares or nearly 4%. How many more shares do we own as a group?

Phil has already mentioned PYC and what has happened there. I am not suggesting that but we do need far more information being shared with shareholders in my view. The more we show we own of the company the louder are voice should be heard.

Good news no big sells gone through (yet) today.

If people have questions then it seems to me the AGM is our best hope of getting answers.

When we get notification of the AGM then I think we should ask her to put our questions in the agenda.

So could we ask, how much sales revenue did each individual product eg IB Clinic, Kirkstall, IB Neuro, Kirkstall generate in 2025, and what do we forecast them to generate in 2026 and are they on course to meet those targets?

Remember we want answers not ambiguity. They tell our customers that so why not provide similar information to shareholders?

We can all sit here and complain, rightly so, but wouldn’t we prefer to actually get answers to our questions? We just need to make the effort to ask those questions of the board.

Let’s also see if Mallettp spots anything else we may all have missed. His insight of how drug companies work is very useful. It is like semantic thoughts have been replaced Mallettp. Maybe that is the new modus operandi?

Good spot I didn’t notice that. We know it definitely has been submitted but the company has been very elusive about how it has been going. Any questions I asked were not replied to and the journals where it could be published (according to semantic) have not published anything yet and I check most days.

Could it mean the EAP results are now being added to the dataset? We had been told it had been locked previously.

It seems strange we were told the FDA asked us to withdraw the breakthrough drug and then resubmit which we never did. But then again we kept being told we were going to meet the FDA and never did.

I wonder if the key is the EAP, maybe that has shown more details on how GaM affects the tumours? However, why then stop it or was that not cost effective? It was TB after our chat that he contacted me the EAP was continuing and when I contacted AM he was very interested in is the EAP continuing.

Does a drug have to cure the cancer or can it, in the first place, extend the life expectancy of the patient? Would the FDA prefer that to no drug?

Could the MCW phase 0 be at our request to make the phase 1 trial data more worthwhile?
