We are now reliant on Mike making IB profitable and saleable. Then we can see what it is worth to IBAI. TB likes his special dividends, hence I still have hope for the trial data to be sold.

It is all getting very confusing about who owns, uses and develops what?

Basically we are very closed aligned to MCW, when they need a solution to a problem then IB and MCW work together to get the solution. Regarding ownership it is not exactly clear. I assume we both profit when it is brought to market by IBAI but that could explain the reluctance to answer some of our AGM questions.

Simple terms are we the commercial arm of MCW?

We may never get the full answers. Maybe time to stop posting until we get the AGM details or a RNS whichever is sooner.

To answer my own question, I would say reading between the lines the answer is no.

Clarity and honesty now required from the board and unexpected special resolutions are not the way forward. Especially when it seems to contradict the previous announcement of hopefully becoming profit making this year etc.

The question I would like the answer to is if we sell IB Neuro do IB/IBAI get 100% of the proceeds?

In general, some we filed jointly with MCW and some we licensed exclusively from MCW.

You can always check the USPTO website for who is named on patents. ”

I don’t like the phrase licensed exclusively from MCW.

My reading of this is we don’t own any patents exclusively ourselves.

TB has a bit on money after selling the excess Truetide shares.

People could say those good at maths would spot maybe

1 share costs 1p rounded up

2 shares costs 1p rounded down

5% drop of Truetide today with a few big sales? All because of a directors sale RNS? Who knows, but I do wish more care was taken, at times. Some potential investors will be put off by what they will see as careless and avoidable errors. We need to attract investors not scare them off.

Corry on the IBAI board has done the calculations and it seems the concert party did go over 30% hence having to sell some shares.

I wonder how many of the sells today were because they saw a director selling? 5% reduction in sp due to the RNS?

Sold shares 7500 shares

An interesting RNS on Truetide.

Last week TB bought 175000 shares

This week he would 7500 shares

I cannot find the exact numbers of shares for Truetide but could the TB concert party have gone over 30% by mistake?

Reading this RNS it looks like the concert party actually went over 30% when TB made his recent purchase of shares. A maths error which would fit in with the IBAI error where a recent RNS stated a new proposed nominal value of 0.05p when it should have been 0.5p.

How many exact shares are there in Truetide, I can only find an approximation?
