It seems there are 6m brain MRI’s carried out in just the USA per year. Let’s hope AM can make our technology the go to method of analysing them.

So if we had say just 1% of the market then that would equate to $2.4m per year. Then if you add in the income from GEHC software bundle then that would pay for phase 2 (easily)

We haven’t heard anything about any more partnerships with Prism, yet. Who knows what is in the pipeline but if we had the money then yes a great link up. But would TB prefer it if BRH bought Prism and get all his imaging companies under one holding?

But neither IBAI or BRH currently have any money, yet.

The last paragraph states to market a drug they must have had two clinical trials. However if you look at the time scale for phase 2 it says the minimum is several months. So in theory we could pass phase 2 in less than a year especially if we got BTD.

Great thought Phil. I always assumed phase 2 would required as a minimum and that can be expedited by BTD. If you factor in the EAP who knows? Am I right in thinking we don’t make profit from EAP ie it is done as cost and we get the real world data?

Let’s see if we can find out. Max am I right in thinking you have contacted the FDA before? Might be worth asking the awarding body first.

Another article detailing increased interest in GBM research. The penultimate paragraph may be of interest “The GBM market is currently valued at just under $3 billion and is expected to reach $5.7 billion by 2033, according to Precedence Research”

So last year there were 161 drugs in development for recurrent GBM. 71were at phase 2, interestingly none at phase 3. There is definite interest out there. I assume they are all keeping track on “competitors”

This article lists all the trials investigating recurrent GBM. Strangely table 5 does not mention IB003. I assume it was written before our trial started. But it shows other companies are trying to create a suitable drug. Why wouldn’t one of these be interested in our trial?

I agree with Max that AM wants our imaging to be the standard for all brain cancers. He also wants to help drugs like IB003 get FDA approval especially for paediatric use. Hence all the campaigning.

As others have said the FDA wants us to add more information then resubmit for BTD. So they want to apparently help us again. It is a delay but if they didn’t think it would succeed surely they would have just rejected it.

We don’t know what is happening behind the scenes, let’s hope it is worth the wait.

Last week xviolet said can we concentrate on the facts not the people.

So the fact we have received since then is that we have soft closed a very successful phase 1 trial. People are forgetting all the great work the IB team have done to achieve this. This will have been noticed by other much larger companies. Let’s just wait and see if we get any more information with the interims.

All what is happening at the moment is people, understandably, venting frustration with the sp. The sp doesn’t matter unless you want to sell currently. What does matter is the scientific research and progress the team are making. The sp will follow eventually.

That is what I hope/believe. Others are perfectly entitled to feel differently but at the moment this board is just becoming a focal point for having a go at the board. They may have nothing to do with this seller. They could be just as frustrated as us.

Or another thought, can we raise funds via grants and charities? We have got this far by doing that so why can’t we at least start the phase 2 doing this?

We don’t know, hopefully things will become clearer in the next month.

Possible scenarios:

1. Our CEO has no idea what he is doing. I may say many things about TB but he will have a plan.

2. The company is taken private. BRH only has 30% of the shares so is it possible for that to occur? Do they need a majority? Will that devalue BRH even more if they lose their investment in this and lead to that becoming worthless.

3. Our CEO does know what he is doing and is not interested in the current mcap because he has no intention of selling until a) phase 2 has started or b) he doesn’t want to sell and would prefer a partner to give an upfront payment, finance the trial and then subsequently dividend payments for years to come?

4. None of the above as we don’t have a clue what is happening yet.

Well let’s hope it is 3 or 4. My feeling is it could be 3b).

If you think 1) or 2) then I personally would jump ship and rescue what you can.

As also just my ideas and thoughts.

Interims next month so hopefully a bigger update.
