Tens of thousands of pounds needed to lower our averages at a guess. If we all clubbed together I would get we would be quite up the significant shareholders list especially if red is aiming for near 3% again.

So continuing the trying to be positive manner.

What do people realistically see the sp at if we get the update we all hope for at the end of phase 1?

Everything you find via google suggests a $100m+ mcap but we know logic doesn’t apply in this case as we are only £1.5m mcap at the moment including the imaging side.

A $50m mcap would be $0.20 per share

So I am going to say $0.10 per share or 7.5p by Christmas

Anybody else want to have a guess (and probably be ridiculed by others)

Semantic you are allowed a guess as well, I personally wouldn’t hold you to it and I hope others on the board wouldn’t either, just a bit of fun, wishful thinking etc

Who is tempted to buy a few more whilst the sp is this low? Any positive update on IB003 could see a substantial increase or you could lose it all if the update isn’t as expected. Boom or bust/risk v reward? Anybody tempted? I keep buying a few but how many other longer term investors are tempted to top up and average down?

Thinking about this logically I think the future of the company will be guided by how good the confirmed phase 1 results are.

A) If they are as good as we hope then that will be a definite come buy or partner with us.

B)If they show just some promise, then we will just struggle on via grants where available.

C)If they aren’t promising (which I can’t see as being correct from all the news we have so far) then any possible funding will stop and we go back to being an imaging company only.

Me personally I hope for A) but worry it may be just B). A few months ago I would have been definite A) but the continual delays and basically excuses make me think they could be more of B).

As always just my ramblings and I hope to be proven wrong, in a good way.

“and evaluating Phase 2 funding pathways, including the option to independently finance.” does that mean we haven’t found any suitable partners, they wouldn’t agree to our terms or we haven’t looked and have no intention of forming a partnership?

Semantic keeps making the case for a phase 2 company is worth far more than a phase 1 etc. however if we can’t get medical institutions to raise funds for the EAP how could we possibly fund a multi site phase 2 trial? We seem to be holding out for phase 2 to commence but without funds will it ever? Are we expecting some grants to help us?

Doesn’t Dr M concentrate on getting funds for his foundation to pay for patient’s treatment rather than funds for the company? We hoped he would be more a publicity spokesman for the company but that seems to have silent as well. He wanted our imaging to become the standard. Maybe he is concentrating on getting the Act passed?

But where would a cheap takeover leave the Schmainda’s and staff due shares? I can’t see the people at MCW agreeing to that but do they really know what is happening with regards the sp? Has TB isolated them from it, again I can’t see that happening.

I feel more the greed is leading to not accepting outside investment and diluting their holdings.

It seems as though we want to go it alone and not have any outside investment. Yes the rewards will be far greater but it will be far slower and much riskier. No news on potential partners in nearly a year is worrying. Everything keeps taking far longer because I guess the team don’t have the staff or finance to expedite research or sales. We need some serious investment very quickly. Semantic/TB gives cryptic clues but will not debate anything about the way forward and funding etc. He only wants to stick to his agenda.

We need some positive news from MS soon but he seems to have gone quiet. Either very busy or struggling with the sales of the products. Not good either way.

I had hoped for some RNSs after the honest mid year update but I now get the feeling no news is due soon.

•EAP not doing as well as expected so not getting RWD we had hoped for.

This seems an issue with doing things in a very small budget, things get delayed. We need a big company to fund our tech and drug trial.

So if semantic says “Frankly its very hard to imagine that insiders with very material involvement in the success or otherwise of the business, wouldn't have explored all the obvious options in great detail over the years” why were we told over a year ago that 40+ sales leads should lead to easy conversion to sales?

•All we are hearing at the moment is excuses for poor revenue.

•IB003 we seem to be exactly where we should have been a year ago judging by previous RNS’s re FDA meetings, phase 1 near completion, no commercial partners announced

•IB clinic nobody rushing to buy

•IB nimble we have not heard any more about the Blackford connection

•IB Neuro etc used everyday, so where is the revenue?

•GAM cancer user patent, no update on

•no update on GEHC revenue via sold in their pre loaded software package

We now how good our products are, if we can’t sell our products to customers maybe it’s time to sell our products to a buyer who could?

Sorry for appearing negative at the moment but we need more communication from the company, especially about what is going to change to increase revenue and IB003 funding. Silence leads to frustrations and rumblings amongst long term holders.

People have mentioned them using AI searches before. So google glioblastoma gallium maltolate and as far as I can see the AI suggestions at the top suggestions does not mention Imaging Biometric at all. It mentions JC, MCW and Musella foundation but not IB. Does that sum up our publicity, a google search doesn’t bring up the company for our possible ground breaking drug?

Like I said before you can have the best product in the world but if no one knows about it then you will not succeed.

Semantic says professionals don’t have time, so how could they find our company if Google can’t? Previous ways such as conferences, journals, awards etc haven’t worked so come on TB/MS/semantic tell us what will improve revenue and awareness of all our staff’s ground breaking work?

Oh well the company don’t seem to want increase their publicity or try different methods so we just plod along until we finally run out of money? Something needs to change and quickly.

Just my late night rant, there will probably be a RNS tomorrow that shoots up the SP knowing my luck. We can all dream.

We have suggested free trials previously but unfortunately not tried as far as we know. Totally agree we need some new ideas re marketing but judging by semantics replies nothing is going to change unfortunately.

You can have the best product in the world but if not enough people know about it or buy it then we will go bust.

We appreciate the team rely on science but to the investors the revenues are going backwards. The RNS implies what the company has done before hasn’t worked as expected so what are supposed to do? Just watch and see the company become like RENX? We want the company to succeed and you should be proud to have shareholders who research its work so diligently. All we want is to see a plan the board are putting into place to increase the mcap. The board keep acknowledging it but seem unable to do anything about it. So do we need a change in tact or personnel to generate some impetus? It all relates back to the old chestnut of what we shareholders feel as being poor communication. Shareholders should be respected and treated as such.

So semantic how can we expand our reach to more potential customers and investors? You have the few of us on here who liaise with each other but we aren’t customers, to increase sales of the tech side what will be the plan going forward? I mentioned knocking on doors, speaking to managers etc which you said wouldn’t work but what exactly are the company going to do?

As I said before we keep getting published in journals, winning awards etc but that is not being translated into sales. We would love to know what is the plan going forward.
