Thinking about this logically, I don’t think it will be MS or anybody based in USA. Both trades round up to £4500 and £5000 if you add £12 trading fee. So traded in pounds not dollars. Plus if somebody paying £12 trading fee then that seems like a HL customer who doesn’t trade often or the fees would be less. Somebody returning (maybe Trek or somebody similar) and buying in cheaply? Just my thoughts. Let’s see what happens this week.

Well a new all time low and this is after some bought £4.5k worth of shares this afternoon. No big sale appeared yet Max but now showing nearly 8% drop.

August tomorrow, let’s see what the interims show. Come on Mike and TB give us something to cheer please.

I am sure I posted this before but the mean valuation of phase 1, 2, 3 and approved drug trial companies who were taken over might interest a few people. Also the time it takes to get from phase 1 to phase 2 might be useful as well.

Phase 2 companies are worth more than phase 1 companies.

According to Crystal Research (2023) in 2024 we were estimated to have revenue of £1.1m with estimated profit of £156k. This is when we’re chasing the 45 sales.

Unfortunately we had sales of $0.95m and losses of $327k.

That is way below estimates. I wonder if that is why they stopped using Crystal? I am trying to think if TB or MS has ever explained in detail why the underperformance in sales. Was it the issue with the insurance code?

Let’s see what the mid years show and if we are near profit for this year.

Now if you think of all the developments by IB since then and factor in the soft closure of what seems a very successful phase 1 drug trial I don’t think we are being unrealistic with a target price of 10p+.

The fundamentals of the business haven’t changed just the sentiment towards the board. There will be many people who see the current price as totally misleading in the actual worth of IB.

I think we are looking for far more than a 55% rise. 550% would not get us back to the 5p from a20 months ago and that was before all the good news regarding phase 1 and GEHC software bundle.

A good article in The Times by Ian Cowie about wealth creation/pension. “Buy when the confidence and price is low”. I think that perfectly sums up IBAI today. We all know its potential, the previous sp highs and sentiment towards the board today. It seems to match perfectly Ian’s advice but with the caveat it could end up worthless.

To answer Max’s question from earlier in the week, yes I buying a few more shares when funds become available. Am I a fool, who knows, time will tell.

People may not like semantic but it helps to read what he says and like you say view it as an insider view.

I would guess they will resubmit when all the data for phase 1 has been analysed plus the updated EAP data. That would be wise in respect of the most mature data.
