Braveheart already own nearly 30% of IBAI. They bought all of TB’s and his family’s shares and that led to this share price collapse.

I am a bit like max and his baskets in that I sold my BRH shares for IQAI, as was, previously. Maybe that is TBs strategy to buy into shares and keep indefinitely like Berkshire Hathaway? In which case, will IBAI ever be sold, or will it be more likely a JV with an upfront lump sum and then subsequent dividends?

Like I said what do BRH shareholders feel about the sum of the individual parts are greater than the whole? I am sure they would love to see their holdings in BRH were worth far more. But again that raises the question why did TB et al sell their holdings to BRH?

Just thought of something. Was Braveheart (BH) named after Berkshire Hathaway (BH)?

I would disagree with most sentiment here and say Mike’s message is he believes in his work and team. I agree £1400 isn’t a lot but it’s a start.

We need to take it as a positive. People buy what they can afford. We can’t complain that directors don’t buy shares and then complain when they do and say not enough. We don’t know the circumstances. Mike has shown he is with us as shareholders and willing to put his own money at risk like we do.

How many people here have actually taken the opportunity to buy more whilst the sp is so low? Let’s look for positives regardless of their size.

It still is a moonshot and people need to decide if they are willing to take the risk. MS obviously is and he knows far more about any future developments than any of us.

Will he transfer them to KS as he has done previously?

Maybe Mike is trying to show us shareholders he believes in the company and willing to invest his own money. The amount doesn’t matter, we all invest what we can afford at that moment in time. That is what some people have been asking for. Mike is stepping up to the plate. If only other directors could do the same.

We can see why they applied for the patent for GaM for other cancers now. All we need is a positive update on how the application is progressing. Don’t forget we also have GaM used with Metformin as well hopefully being investigated more.

Everything for IB seems to be progressing so well except sales and the sp. Neither of which will change unless TB and the board get over their fear of promoting this company. Why are they so reluctant to do some positive PR?

•We have had RNS saying the sp was undervalued when it was many multiples of today’s valuation.

•We have had RNS saying many sales leads which should be easily converted into sales.

•We are now bundled in with other GEHC software to increase our ease of access to customers.

•We get told about the PRV voucher, then silence.

•We get told already in talks with prospective partners then that goes silent.

Why can’t the board actually tell us what is happening. They insinuate good times lie ahead but then don’t tell us what is actually happening in the months or years that follow.

Is this how TB wants to be remembered? This could be his biggest deal ever but he appears to be letting it slide by. Semantic quoted people (TB) are down millions but he doesn’t seem to want to do anything about it.

Either there is something very big brewing in the background that we aren’t aware of yet or the board have just given up and don’t appear to know how to fully commercialise IBs world leading work.

Come on TB please show us what this company is really worth. Please stop hiding behind semantic and show us what you can actually do.

Just looking to see if we have the new website yet. I thought I would click on news and press releases and found the last one dated July 24. So when semantic was quoting all the wonderful communications the company has done recently it might help if this was reflected on the company website. No press releases in the last 12 months. Why not?

TB et al really need to be promoting this company as much as possible. What is the percentage of shareholders required to call for an EGM? The board need to be earning their salaries and treating shareholders with respect. If not then van we have a different board please.

My take of it is you need to buy the company to get their voucher. Again this would increase our value in a possible takeover.

What I find interesting is question 6

“Q6: Can the CNPV be applied to a product at any stage of FDA review?

A6: Yes, the voucher can be applied to a product at any stage in development. If granted during the investigational new drug phase of a drug, the company will receive the CNPV’s enhanced communication benefits. Interim reviews throughout the process will benefit from enhanced communication and prompt responses.”

This sounds very similar to break through drug status

I think what best sums it up is we don’t know yet. Waiting to see what get’s approved by congress/senate etc. fingers crossed it is extended or a similar replacement but that seems to give a voucher you can’t sell.
