First of all an apology for dominating the board with this poll but let’s show TB/the board/semantic how we the shareholders actually feel about what is happening to OUR company and subsequently the value of our shares.

Semantic if we get up to 20 negatives can you have a word with TEB please? I think the shareholder judgment is becoming more and more clearer. You said not many people had voted that isn’t the case now.

Totally agree with what you are saying and indeed I posted similar yesterday. So to use your analogy I am sure the mystery shopper will do research and look for a plan or for short term objectives from the board of said company especially interviews with the CEO etc. What’s he going to find here is as you say great RNS’s but zero engagement from the board. Why wouldn’t a board promote all the great work of their company?

There was the breast cancer imaging last week, no comment from TB.

You quote they may not be able to due to FDA, MCW rules but I do t see how that can be the case when they tweet about it. All us simplistic and naive investors are asking is for the board to show as much enthusiasm as we do on here about the products. Why does TB seem so reluctant to give interviews to promote the company. I have joked previously is he scared but seriously there must be a reason he isn’t doing it and that’s another big worry for shareholders.

TB needs to regain our trust, we have done nothing to lower the value of the company. Respect is earned!

In this AI information could we just as easy replace Trevor Brown with Michael Schmainda’s name? We only ever see Trevor’s name mentioned in the RNS’s and then talking about IB’s work.

Maybe Trevor needs to explain more clearly what he has been doing. That would be a good start.

I was beginning to worry about you, or thinking some news was imminent, with your silence. I agree not many people have bothered replying. Just a core few who are sticking around until the end and have championed this company for many years.

I don’t think we are naive just that we want the board to be more proactive and engage with investors and “spread the word” rather than just us talking enthusiastically about the developments. As you say we may not be down millions , in my case quite a few tens of thousands. However, regardless of how much we hold as individual shareholders, it may only be a few thousand, we are still part own the company and are “invested” in its future. Accordingly we would like to be treated with a bit of respect and told what the plan is for the company and our investments.

Anyway have a good rest of the weekend everybody and let’s see what the final figures are. We need to remember this was instigated by TB not us the non silent minority.

Also semantic has been quiet last few weeks, is it a closed period before something is announced? Let’s hope so.

The deadline is one TB put in a message to Bertie saying something like let him be judged in 2 years time. It is nothing official and like you say TB probably doesn’t care less about. But we just like to remind him of what he said when he reads the posts on here, if he does or Semantic does on his behalf. We wouldn’t want him to forget his statements.

His own deadline to be judged by is only a few months away. How can we get an EGM to ask TB what he is doing to increase the sp?

What overall percentage do we need to hold as a group to ask? We could also ask about a non exec chairman (thanks Phil) to oversee shareholders interests.

My thought these things would probably never happen due to in part shareholder lethargy and would probably end up costing the company money leading to another raise to pay for it.

Unfortunately we are just stuck here at the moment, waiting impatiently

It would have been about now we heard about the BTD application but that has been delayed. We probably will not hear anything until August and the mid year’s.

Time to go on holiday and wait and see what September brings

He virtually is at the maximum via BRH. Phil is the one with all the understanding of party agreements etc.

We still have no reason why he sold to BRH. He can’t increase his shareholding by much now but he could buy more in BRH I believe and that is at a low sp at the moment.
