Question, how should a CEO be judged if say they had overseen a near 80% drop in the share price of the company over a three year period?
Question, should the company have a system in place to judge the success of a CEO, which is reported to all shareholders, and a mechanism to replace the CEO if they are judged to have failed their fiduciary responsibilities to ALL shareholders and overseen quite a significant drop in the share price?
Question, how can shareholders trust the board so that a situation is not being created where the company is taken private before any major uptick in the company value. Thus depriving loyal, long standing, supportive shareholders from enjoying the company’s ultimate success?
Many thanks BB
