that's up to 0.35p give or take (not up by). That's my guess anyway.

in order are.....Thursday, Friday, Wednesday. Monday or Tuesday highly unlikely imv. share price reaction off news including raising more funds, should then see SP up around 0.35p give or take 0.05p. aimho

the week ahead will be like a ghost town. Nothing at all. I think it's too soon to have any news this coming week. In May would be my guess.

quiet here. Is this another tree shake, buying opp. I get so confused having seen it all before. For now, I still believe AR will deliver - I expect SG and VEC will not and I hope the old BOD suffer the same financial hardship that years of secrecy and withholding info and financials, whilst talking up the prospects to keep shareholders engaged, invested and funding, cost us long termers.

does make you wonder why nobody across all BB's has posted of chatting to AR. We only have those who couldn't find a damn sole. I agree it's better to attend meetings etc than not attend at all, but the idea was also to meet paying attendees who had come to see guys from companies at their stand. Anyway, let's hope it was worthwhile for AR at least. Agree, no point following up on the contracts in play as of now. We don't know. My guess would be none, possibly one, but after such a long time and no contract announcements apart from Gents that we know was completed, then I can't see anything else still being worked on today. We are waiting for Chevron etc ad infinitum. I notice Sandeep was reaching out when he needed our vote. Now he's a non responder. fwiw, when we get details we usually find out they are worse than we expected, so perhaps I am happier not knowing. Jimb2, Seems to me the most basic function when you have a stand left empty is to advise (leave a note) that it will be attended later and any details/timings as able. Pathetic to leave it unattended AND not to mention to stands nearby or leave a note to inform attendees that came searching to talk, as we have ready examples of. Also whatever maybe will be being done by SG and 2 helpers who are working (until and if funding secured) for GBP 1 and in lieu no doubt. btw, SG can't simply do an exit deal to India/Asia as after a year of no bananas the IP comes back to Vialogy. SG is free, but not to use QRI/QRD unless he buys IP rights from us. Then we are at best in negs or after getting SG back. I'd try to get his 2 helpers only and a very clever guy with some commercial acumen and give it a go ourselves by then if it's automated and plug&play. Don't expect that would be a runner, but SG needs to deliver or OUT imho

It appears that VEC must be well-nigh dormant now due to a lack of funds." I absolutely believe VEC have not raised any funding yet and when they do have any confirmed we will get at RNS to advise. I have much more faith in AR and expect we will hear something within a month or so after he has put the ship in order re latest news on Transfer and BD. AR is not the problem here imv, it's the greedy remaining old BOD member, SG and his continued failure in a commercial sense. i.e. to gain contracts and funding for VEC. Happy to agree to disagree, though I must tell you my reading of things and track record is pretty good, apart from investing here in the first place over a decade ago. I think shareholders have let SG off time and again for commercial failure over the years and have banged my head against a brick wall to hold him accountable and to constrain the old BOD's salary and options, including SG's tie-in when Vialogy was earning peanuts. Now with hindsight, we can see the greed and SG still seems to be promising things he can't deliver in timeframes he can't meet. We will see and all the best to all of us.

Thanks for reply. I was aware that there is 1 year to raise funding or QRI tech licence etc gets returned. I am also aware that originally the Transfer was expected completed by end Dec 2013 and it took until March 2014. However, imv confirmation of the Transfer in no way signals confirmation any money has yet been received and as far as I can see nothing states this is or would be the case. To me it seems unlikely that the Transfer signifies any monies yet raised. I believe it must be separately stated and would be when it happens. VEC are currently likely dormant with no or virtually no costs and nobody drawing any salary etc. It is listed in Delaware and SG and crew working for free to get funding having paid to set it up. What other costs are there that haven't been paid already at the start in setting it up? There is nothing to suggest Transfer indicates any funding received. No news is a plausible reason for SP to gradually decline - boredom and in regards to VEC mounting scepticism that funding will be achieved. Wife nagging - now that I can sympathise with ;-)
