Indeed! C'mon judge l what are you waiting for ffs, xmas. A while back I looked at past timescales for rulings from end of court hearing date. It averaged between 6 weeks and 2 months. Seems on every metric from contract delivery to new product and court hearing delay and verdict wait, we get delays and longer timescales than expected/normal. Any day now. At long long last ! Then we can start the wait for the appeals process. Lol

Imv These deals of options instead of salary/bonus are fine, even preferable, with me to retain quality staff. Like others though a higher strike price and the effective exercise start date (immediate?) would have been appreciated. Still any bonus would have been applicable bear term, so that may excuse these factors as options are a replacement. We have bigger fish (illumina) to fry - burn to a cinder.

What expected share consolidation and expansion specifically? I certainly see the potential but not an expectation.

If subject to performance conditions as stated, there should be a date in the future these are exercisable from? Also noted it say an unapproved scheme! Otherwise, I don't have a problem in retaining staff with options instead of bonus, but we are getting a bit like the last lot with overall numbers of staff and remuneration levels versus stage of business and shareholder value metrics!

there'd be a short term hit if lost court case, but again........into profit Q1,2018 and 90%+ business unaffected with potential work-a-round via Yourgene and TFO picking us up shortly after we announce our new product offering! Also at a guess in Q1,2018.

imv EVEN if we lost the court case so long as there was no financial costs then we just have in profit this FY, business 90%+ unaffected as outside EU and new product to be launched: No drama Of course we should win in court rather than plan B for EU of YourGene processing if that is a flyer. Get saddled with court costs and damages is another story though as imv that would be curtains for us in any fundraising and consolodation to follow, but otherwise even losing would mean at worst waving goodbye to only 5% to 10% of business and then only if not able to send to YourGene..
