Not long until court verdict and so long as we don't have any costs or damages (anything) to pay, when we have problems, then otherwise I think we are going to see a material share price rise in any other event as almost whatever else the verdict throws at us, just so long as we don't have any financial penalties, as we then announce first quarter of 2018 that we are profitable and over 90% of business outside EU. Only one material issue for me and that's if we have any financial costs from verdict other than cost of appeals process.

This is when we hear all the excitement, promise and enthusiasm that we later find was overplayed and under delivered! Really question and test what is said and timescales for those of us who cannot attend and who have heard all the promises before and always seen missed expectations . Tia Is cash b/e still on target by end March 2018? When will new product be launched? Contingencies on a disappointing court verdict and timing confirmation? Cash in bank and is another funding required, bearing in mind first question?

Normal practice in many agm resolutions to renew permission rather than require an egm. I don't see this as worrying - unless of course there are plans afoot but in itself pretty normal imv

Are you sure you have your full excess allocation. We all have the full amount applied for showing now as it will be reduced only once the pro-rata scaling back is known. Meanwhile we see the full applied for amount - unless you know different? In HL I also have my full excess applied for amount. I await the scaling back/down.

Are you sure you have your full excess allocation? We all have the full excess showing in our accounts now as it is posted as full and will be scaled back later. That's how it was done last time and how it is in my HL account. Seeing the full applied for amount doesn't mean you have it unless you know for a fact it will not be scaled back as everyone else is awaiting. We all have the full excess applied for showing as of now. afaik

total shares in issue will be 188,163,709. It's also been detailed here a week+ or so ago from memory

mm, fwiw and imv I think going for the open offer is a given, but I expect the excess to be heavily scaled back as nearly all are applying. Therefore at around 0.13p today as opposed to offer price of 0.11p, i'd now be tempted to buy in the market and get all I would have applied for in the excess. I expect after scaling down and then waiting for return of funds the SP will be significantly UP when finally able to use returned funds. aimho

itsaduster, Understood. you can believe I have more than just hope re QRD, just as I did in details here. Nothing certain, but enough to believe SG will likely deliver if given the time. There certainly remains hope of securing funding with the several/few potential partners SG remains in discussion with. aimho Re Premaitha. imv the issues I listed need to be overcome, satisfactorily answered or best of all, delivered on. I take at least some of AR's enthusiasm as simply to be expected and no more. QRI was a paridigm shift, nobody could do what we could and it was granted patents already with tech being used by the biggest co's in the world blah blah. Excitement wasn't in short supply and never is by any ceo. I like hearing it and then largely ignore it. In its day I actually felt more excited about QRI/QRD and our old ceo was bubbling with excitement - how wrong was I! I have more questions here and already the litigation over patents in the USA are concerning. We simply don't know enough yet imv to be anything other than cautiously optimistic, grateful at a second chance and buoyed by the quality of our BOD and their track record. ATB
