see the upside and the theory as laid out. The areas I want to see move from theory to delivery are paying customers, patents granted - which appears a mess in USA with litagations rife, the CE Mark granted, an understanding of any licenses required. When these hurdles are less of an unknown I would feel more confident. Until then it sounds great and I expect it to be. No more. No less.

Hello, not sure your actual point, but afaik Sandeep and Bob Dean (who has since departed anyway) were working for GBP 1. That is only until Sandeep secures funding when it will be renegotiated. So, until and if SG gets funding it's a Pound/mth and if he doesn't then immaterial. Now that he has also resigned from Vialogy BOD, it may well be different even if he does get funding for VEC. I happen to believe SG will do it within the year and before the IP is otherwise returned and if we stick with it long enough. There is around 9 months of the year still to go as the transfer was late March. atb

Agree with your last post as I have been saying the same. I think it will be 50p pro-rata, but needs confirming. Poetical, The 600 Labs is quoted in the document and all I did was to take the two quotes I put in my post (600 labs, 3.5 Mill tests done in Europe, we are offering initial test to 20% at high risk) That comes to 700,000, but clearly does have a couple of assumptions based in it. Perhaps there is a discount to their numbers as I would not expect all 600 (100%) Labs to be factored in to take up the service. As I mention, it is only a ball-park roll out target figure and just a working hypothesis (no more). It may be better to move on rather than get caught up in hypotheticals as detail without fact is just a guess ;-)

that the 3.5 Mill currently done by Labs are high risk cases. Otherwise seems it could be a ball-park figure for roll-out as it states 'developed world' and we know we are excluding USA, so I am calling that Europe??.

for your supportive comments Robl. I like to try to help and assist posters when I can. I think AR has done a terrific job here and the alternative would have been complete failure for shareholders. His view to seek out a completely separate business as a core requirement and give us 2 strings to our bow is clearly instrumental in our survival and one expects going on to flourish. I am still hopeful that SG can secure funding as a friend had a chat with him over the weekend and reports optimism from it. I believe the transfer was done in March, so there are over 8 months left of his 1 year window to seek funding. I am betting so long as he is given the time that the negs need to get it right and with slow big players that this will bear fruit. No guarantees, but I hope AR can see the rationale for staying with it for a while longer inspite of frustrations we all share. aimho

That's frankly one of the main reasons I expect will likely be in our favor. As yet we don't have a clear idea. It is an issue (competition) that I would like to understand much better than I do and seems to me it's too early to make judgements. We can make educated guesses only right now. aimho

there will be very good reason for our winning position. I also don't think our BOD would be here otherwise as they are the top guys. I need to know first, as investing on AIM has shown not to take anything for granted. by way of a small example. I had the impression (nothing more) we had a CE Marked product to go to market with, but on reading the Premitha website this CE mark is due to be awarded in Jan 2015. Nothing untoward in the slightest, but my initial impression was wrong.

I assume they haven't yet. If they are in the USA and to market, yet we are not going to USA as there is a tougher regulatory regime. Hence, if they are to market in a tougher Reg Regime, then one would suppose they could be in a less tough Reg regime. Truth is we don't know and that is why at this very moment I am reserving judgement on this issue until I do know.

Equally, if none of them have started to address markets outside their home country, then we have stolen a march one assumes. I hope our offering/product is best too in light of any competition that does arise. My real hope is that we actually have a superior offering and that could well be the case. Just being the first often isn't good enough until you reach a point where you are too far in to be pushed out. All I am saying is this is one of the risks imv and until I know more factual detail I have to reserve judgement. aimho

My view is..... We have a headstart in UK and pressumably Asia as the markets we are addressing. We are not going for USA because of a tougher regulatory regime (and dare I say because they already have numerous companies ahead of us if you look because they are in the market already and offering more than just Downs). I expect we have come early to the European and Asian market. Personally I am not sure about the outreach for numerous US cos. If you look at the link for sequenom for example. I am positive too. On both the diagnostic avenue we are now in and on our BOD and targeting of UK, Europe and Asia. I am aware of risk factors and I need this issue explaining a bit more before I can factor it out. That should be possible, but competitors aren't starting from scratch are they? These US guys have it to market already afaik

oh okay, well it is just a word of caution as I don't know what if any relevance/impact it has. One assumes little, but I certainly don't know.
