Just google 'tailings storage'. Lots of information on this. If they cover it, it prevents small elements of the non-recyclable waste from getting into the atmosphere. I'd imagine they should be doing that anyway because there are environmental regulations. I think they'll have to shift the location of the tailings. Shame they didn't have a conversation about this beforehand. They've met them often enough. If they don't manage to get this right you have to wonder why the SGU didn't warn them when they bought the land in the first place.

This suggests the CAB advice is that they need to assure them of tailings storage protection (normally achieved by covering it effectively to ensure that waste doesn't blow about). I read it that they want them to move the planned facility elsewhere within the permit area.

on this RNS. Nearly 2:1 buys to sells showing but another 2 million shares not allocated either way. I'm guessing this is oversold. Can anyone with L2 access shed some more light on this?

BOO started a really good upwards trend on the share price before the shorters got stuck in. Shorters are down again at anything from 0- 2% now according to the short tracker. The news on UK retail shows continued growth- online sales are the only thing holding them up though. Since BOO are a wholly online retail brand that has to mean we will be seeing the same kind of very strong growth we've seen to date. The fine weather will be great for this company and we have a whole Summer of it to look forward to. Add in faster growth into new markets overseas and excellent results for PLT and Nasty Gal and we should shine.

GGP are at double our market cap right now and they don't have any preliminary deals agreed which we do- the MOU with Posseuhl. They are very active in their exploration activity and they tell the market what they're doing with very regular updates. Come on TYM- tell us what your next move is, this week if possible!

As has been discussed on this board yesterday already, TYM are likely to be talking to the Swedish CAB now through their advisers, to consider alternatives to the location of the tailings damn within their permit zone. The decision is clearly expressed in the context of an expectation of a revised proposal- half of the decision is absolutely in TYM's favour.

So that means VAL now has patents for all three compounds and IP for the geneice platform? Puts them in a fantastic position going forward.

Shows the number of cyberattacks are still going up and too many businesses are reliant on cheap cybersecurity. Yahoo had a £35 million fine for their cyberattack which has hurt their whole business badly. Hackers are targeting supplier chains to get to bigger businesses but if they penetrate those bigger businesses they will still be held liable for the new GDPR fines- 4% of turnover. This is a very good price to get in at right now- ECSC are well placed for good growth. It didn't happen last year because firms are complacent. Once a few more start getting caught that will change fast.

across the board. FTSE opened down by 100 points today- the Donald has threatened $200 billion trade tariffs and China have said they will come back with the same for the US. These are just temporary blips for Boo- the issues affect all shares but don't affect BooHoo. Retail in the UK is doing fine -helping to generate the mainstay of the growth we are achieving according to every report published- the latest I noted was yesterday's ONS report on GDP. The high street stores are suffering badly because of the continuing trend for online clothes purchases. Boo is part of a new and mass change in how we buy things. The high street losses are our gain. Results speak for themselves and the daily read of the FT and Guardian Business confirms this over and over. We'll do just fine.

If Val can't get some money in they can't progress the 401 trials- or if there's already a substantial conversation going on with a big pharma they're very compromised on getting a good deal for the company (and by implication for us). I don't really care about all this posturing- I think it would be the right thing for VAL to set out a game plan with a bit of a road map on how they want to go forward with the 401 phase 3 trials. So if they get a bit of pressure from shareholders towards that end, fair enough. People banging on about pay cuts and 'luxury' lifestyles maybe shouldn't be investing at all. Completely immature.

I guess everyone's noticed that there are no shorts above the required threshold for declaration since Marshall Wallace reduced their holding to 0.48% on July 2nd. We are at or below 1.7% for all those who were previously shorting now. Shame that the records don't have to be disclosed below 0.5%. I'm a great believer in full transparency. We could have no shorts left for all we know.

N4 Pharma was 21p at first stage clinical trials which haven't met expected endpoints. Val's results are always on the money. We're at stage 3 trials (pre-commercialisation stage) for lung cancer! These extra shares will get sold in a heartbeat if they plan to start stage 3 now which has already been suggested- they've said they will go with or without a partner for 401 next steps. They'll probably get a partner as soon as preliminary results get through. An extra half a billion sounds a lot- do the maths. I've got 440,000 with £20K. I hope to average down as soon as I meet a target on another share so will end up with 750-800,000 with £30K if things stay like this for a week or so. I'm ignoring the cynics- they've probably already sold and are just looking for a lower entry point.

I understand that the project won't be privatised. That's irrelevant. The point I'm making is that this approach is planned to be introduced at scale so that we all benefit. The DNA screening opens the door to precision medicine- it isn't a medicine in itself but it will recognise who is capable of benefiting from immuno-oncology- reducing cost for the expensive surgical methods and helping alternative cancer drugs based treatments to be more appropriately focused too. That will of course include Val's compounds in the (hopefully) near future.

I wrote to the Dept of Health and Social Care and posted that I'd done so. I had a standard reply that they would reply formally within 20 working days. You all just reminded me to check my junk box just in case! I should get a response by July 20th.

This is intended to support 'precision' medicine for cancer treatment, especially immunotherapy. The scientific community are cheering about this. Investors will be thinking about how to take up this opportunity. Posters on this board really have to stop de-ramping! You're hurting your own investment. This is a brilliant company. It takes time to produce the results we all want to see. The 401 results aren't even fully disclosed yet- they are still working on this. I appreciate a lot of you may have retired and forgotten that everything takes time in the workplace. The company are engaged in serious work. Sorry that your fantasies about overnight success haven't materialised yet. Calm down and give it a few months and you may well find your dreams coming true.
