Shoestring, I know that and I've explained that. It has bagged since I bought it though- more than tripled from 4p-15p previously.

Thought I might have a heart attack since I sold �30K's worth last year for a 3K profit after a fairly desultory time watching it bob below what I'd paid for it for most of the time. I knew it was debt free now (after 20 years of carrying a lot of debt) and I knew they just signed a second deal with a company who have just been bought by Sanofi. Last time I noticed they were 12p. They are pretty much a one trick pony with what they have brought to market but it is phenomenal- they manipulate a leukaemia patients' cells to help some patients recover from the disease. Still hugely costly but it has hit the market. On further assessment the share price is just a consolidation! Phew- am not necessarily the stupidest person in the whole world ! Still- a salutary lesson I think! Not that anything will bag 50 times in one day but it has bagged since I first bought in and I wasn't there to enjoy the full rise. If you believe in this share maybe stop talking it down!

Well who knows what will come first. If you have a looking glass then fabulous- can I borrow it? I suppose my thinking on 201 is that we had the government announcement on April 10th for prostate cancer research funding. We seem to be the most advanced stage trials for prostate cancer even though we're only at stage 2b. 101 allegedly has expressed interest from an existing three research partners (RNS) and talks with another two. 401 is ready for stage 3 it's true. I don't know why some-one isn't already knocking the door down for 401. We are in a very small R&D bio-tech- I think we're not on the radar yet for multi-nationals. Novartis seem to be buying anything with a bit of potential or joint venturing- lots of bits and pieces at stage 2 and 3- I get alerts from them because they have a jv with Oxford Biomedica whom I had invested in for a good while.

Rather than hassle VAL we should write to the FCA. I know volumes are on the low side but they are nearly 4:1 buys to sells. If the price is being held, it's the broker at fault. I think I will write to the FCA. They do get back to you and they do investigate. They don't do as much as they could but if enough questions are raised about AIM management they will advertise concerns and contact companies concerned.

about VAL. Fair enough. Never nice being in the red. Must admit I'm not expecting any news here until we get funding for 201. UCL are recruiting now for patients willing to take part in trials over the next 5 years for prostate cancer. I still firmly believe VAL will be an obvious contender with Cancer Research and Imperial College London as their original research partner. Once that money comes in we'll be on the radar for 401 funding. Having said that it's possible we'll get the partnership deal for 101 too- in line with the last RNS. They specified the commercial partner was US based. So sounds like they have had some interest. I've reduced my holdings in general- selling once I've made an expected profit. Brexit won't do shareholders any good so I want to be out of everything before next year if I can. But I am conscious that my impatience is completely extraneous to the likelihood of my investments performing well. Too much moaning will have an effect though of course- you put off new investors. Some investors are genuinely interested in the long game- aiming to increase their pension over many years, not expecting a short term profit.

Exactly Thorpy. Why introduce the capacity for a buy back if they never intend to use it. Should be a good year if they go down that road a bit. Shorters are already clearing out, results are always outstanding, constantly innovating to make the most of social trends - e.g. locking in their customer base with apps, growing their market very fast. Love this company.

and accounts. Unsurprisingly! They're doing really well with their use of apps. Millions of repeat customers- really seems to drive customer loyalty. I suppose it makes it easy to buy stuff- poor old mums and dads ;) They're so ambitious and confident- unusual for AIM companies. With �26 million free cash - up substantially from last year I wouldn't be surprised if they did follow through with a share buy back. We'll have to wait and see what they say about their intentions on the proposal at the AGM.

Volume traded and buys and sells are massively out of kilter. Looks like the only big trades today are buys but where are the missing million + shares? Does anyone know why this happens? Ix it just that the data isn't being entered in real time?

I'm not reading anything into anything. Investing is all about probabilities. No-one else here has asked anyone else here to 'prove or verify' an opinion based on probabilities. Get off my back.

At no point have I implied that Possehl have an inside track to whether TYM get a mining permit. I am suggesting that Possehl see TYM as credible in the light of the opportunities ahead. Otherwise they wouldn't spend time and effort engaging. I don't think MOUs are ten a penny- v cynical. If you think they are mates helping each other out to con investors why on earth are you invested?

A buy back puts an upward pressure on the share price. It's not happening tomorrow- has to be approved first. The market normally likes this but economists often don't- they often think the company should be investing for future development. Boo are a canny bunch. They will balance their approach. My bet is we go up tomorrow- just because the annual report and accounts are so super. There's a lot in the annual report that wasn't in the previous summary. I love the ambition to extend the brand much more worldwide and their use of apps on phones for shopping is to be expected- but again- not something that is widely applied across the whole of retail- yet! They are using their intelligence on customer preferences so well.

Most companies do no such thing. Lots of companies have the option and lots of them take up the option too. Siemens is currently killing it's shorter- by a massive and prolonged buy back- been going on all year. Can't you use a spell checker? And don't use caps- it's really rude mate. They've got profits- they can do it if we approve it. It won't be overnight. It will be over time but it is a useful tactic for knobby shorters like you. You'll all be out of business soon anyway- even the FCA are worried about shorters- most of them are just being conned by fund managers; they're nearly always out of pocket according to the FCA. I suppose it's just a bit sad really.

You can get the annual report and accounts now on the Boo web site. The media can get it now too. The FT might cover it again since they have a thing about share buy backs and those results are phenomenal- a bit of good news/interesting news re the boom in online sales whilst retail seems close to collapsing.

shares are held by directors and substantial shareholders (page 34 of the annual report). We have the rest. So a 10% buy back will work very nicely alongside the forthcoming results for Q1 and forward guidance which will follow in a couple of weeks. To quote the famous Jambon 'June Time, Boom Time' indeed ;).
