Yes- if the offtake agreement confirms the proposal in the MOU they will fund development costs and they are committing to buy up to 70% of the product.

SGU is the Swedish mining authority. They have been making decisions this week- their site shows decisions from 24th and 25th going wholly in favour of permits. Tertiary's RNS on 17th referred to the need to wait to see whether an appeal is lodged before investing more in Storuman. I have a note that the date for appeals is May 4th. I assume an appeal will be made- because why wouldn't anyone appeal if they felt strongly about an issue. Tertiary have won awards for environmentally appropriate mining. The appeals process will be time limited and then we'll finally get a decision. I am assuming we will hear this week if the permit has been re-confirmed. The market won't rush on this necessarily. The question is will Tertiary go ahead with the offtake agreement once a permit is confirmed or wait until the end of an appeals process? I suspect it will depend on whether there is anything else in the pipeline. I'm staying in. The likelihood is the decision will be re-affirmed as it has been in six other cases this week. A lot of the Scandi economy is tied up with mining significant minerals.

Why isn't the share price moving up?

It would be useful if the board put out a formal strategic plan to indicate how they propose to turn things around. Now that they have new leadership and a very confident and well connected new chair they should build on the growth they have already achieved. Press coverage for GDPR will get wall to wall from next month. Every organisation that holds data has to get cybersecurity cover and will get harsh fines for data breaches. Everyone will have to report hacks. Pretty much every cybersecurity company will be in massive demand. As usual many firms don't respond to sensible regulations unless they are forced to. When this moves it flies. Not a lot of free shares really. Very good price to get in at.

I read the RNS thanks. Nothing in it to alter the previously advertised decision making schedule.

The schedule was set ages ago. Would have to go through two years of RNS to find it but posters on this board have cited the first reference for the date regularly. Don't know whether TYM asking for extra time for their responses to community input will have impacted on the date. Hope not.

Yes- well that's why I bought in here- Posseuhl's interest in TYM. Why would they take an interest in a company that they didn't believe would deliver? I think we'll have lift off tomorrow. Market's are cautious at the moment. Boohoo (which I'm in), for example have seen a 20% rise on their results today which some of us had anticipated. There was no movement at all in the last few days.

We are due for the decision on the mining permit tomorrow. We had already been granted it and then all the permits for the region were referred back after a challenge to another decision for another company. Reviews are going in favour of miners so far so we should have it. I don't see that they will sign the offtake with Posseuhl on the same day. Either way the permit will see a huge boost in the share price and then we'll see big incremental increases every day until the offtake is signed. All things being equal...

TYM posters shared a link to a web site a few weeks ago showing a schedule for decision making on Storuman. I have in my calender 26th April and 5th May 2018 for the re-assessment and date for appeal. Posters also shared a recent SGU decision in favour of allowing previously agreed mining permits for another affected party. Is it possible for those of you who shared at the time to re-send the links as appropriate? There isn't a good search facility on LSE so I can't do it myself. Would be much appreciated I think.

Why have you stayed in for so long? I've invested quite recently since they signed up with Posseuhl. Is Nevada only at the permit stage? They spent over 1.6million pounds on next steps for scoping and mineral assessments last year so that doesn't seem likely. They have had the permit awarded in Sweden. All mining permits were reconsidered after a separate legal challenge. It looks as if the decisions are going in favour of the perceived 'national interest' which is mining within a properly managed, environmentally aware context. You've maybe answered your own challenge if your own experience tells you that discovery to production can take 20 years. Have you bought too early in the cycle?

This has been covered in company updates. The decision on Storuman is on Thursday. If it goes our way as is widely expected then there is an opportunity to appeal by May 5th. But if the decision goes our way we would be v likely to win an appeal too. Then we would be expecting TYM to move quickly to covert the MOU into an offtake agreement and we would start mining :)

TD2, They ain't down the butchers buying a piece of meat for their dinner are they? Can you remember the last time you went to work? Did you just bash through major reports and assessments, legal opinions, surveys etc etc as a part of your Things to do Today list? Sometimes investing means you have to do other stuff for a while. The thing to remember is if you have time to sit and get frustrated on this BB at the slow progress and ups and downs of your share price then you are not busy enough. The firm is probably very busy. Everyone gets frustrated. Investing is harder than you think. Stop undermining your own investment. You add to everyone else's frustration.

TYM have not said the acquisition was 'imminent'. They have said this year on January 23rd (Vox video) that they were at a reasonably advanced stage of due diligence assessments for an acquisition with near term sustained revenue potential. So last year they were evaluating lots of potential acquisitions and now they are at advanced discussions about one of those. And we'll hear about the Storuman decision next Thursday.

We had extra time for these submissions. Does anyone know if that has impacted the decision schedule for the license permit review? If not we should next Friday in an RNS at the latest. We'll probably be able to find out next Thursday by checking the Swedish mining site. And I have the date for receipt of any appeal as May 5th. In that some legal organising principles for national interests are decided in our favour now, and the company have made a big effort to ensure there's no environmental damage and mitigated against disruption to the Sami reindeer routes I'm thinking, roll on that financing deal with Posseuhl! Looks like we got our timing right.
