This is a great company. The growth levels are phenomenal for Nasty Gal and PLT and still forging ahead for Boo Hoo too. We're actually quite unaffected by US/Canada and US/China US/Europe threatened trade wars which are all about steel and cars. It's very possible the current US President will go to jail before too long for money laundering and gerrymandering his own election with Russian help. Mueller is on the case- more and more of Trump's former aides are pleading guilty and doing clemency deals. The market probably knows that too- but nervous just in case. Once they get used to this madness (as they have become used to all the rest of it) things will settle down. Boo will do fine.

If Jambon sells his shares- just a PI like us- I think it's Ok if directors sell sometimes? Boo's results were excellent as usual, as we can all see for ourselves. PLT and Nasty Gal sales up about 150%! Come on- you can't really do much better! More broadly the UK retail data in today 'smashes' expectations (according to the Guardian) up 1.3% in the month over an expected 0.3%. Best performance? Online sales. Stay long if you can

Well done VAL! Clinical study report for VAL 401, (fantastic drug for lung cancer, which alleviates the distress of painful side effects from more invasive treatments, extending quality of life and life expectancy), due in July 2018 alongside major trial approval which is expected. The market will really move when we get definite news. This is the last chance to get some cheap shares. All the moaning is from impatient investors who bought on a spike into a tiny bio tech with massive potential but they expect the company to achieve it's potential the day after they invested!

Sounds v positive. 50 new consultancy client offering potential for developing these relationships for fuller managed support in the near future. Dixons latest hack will be expensive even if it happened pre GDPR- Yahoo got a £250K fine. News coverage will happen closer to the time of the crime going forwards because of GDPR reporting requirements. The public will start to demand better protection too.

Bit sad that the RBC analyst knows less than we PIs know- plenty of new investment going into BooHoo! Those big investors are right to invest substantially- Boo will overtake M&S and and all those generic department stores that try to do a bit too much with their product ranges (too diversified), don't do enough online and seem to have lost touch with their market.

If you were them- I know requires suspension of disbelief since no-one here appears to be a complete ****head- now would be the time to get out wouldn't it? Sooner means less loss- damage limitation is the only strategy they have left surely? AHL's reduction on 31st May showed up 2 days later on 4th June so they might have been closing ever since. If anything they will just give a little boost to our rising share price. Unless as some-one suggested they have gone long as well - sounds ludicrous but when I've had some people from city brokers try to get me to let them act for me they come out with those kind of nonsense proposals).

by 0.03% to take them to just less than 0.48% so they are less visible to the short tracker from June 4th- they closed on May 31st . Only Canadian Pension Plan in over 0.5 at 1% now. Looks like JP Morgan could still have a 0.29% short open though. Seems like they're under 1.8% collectively but we won't be able to see when they are out totally unless they each close altogether from any position over 0.5%. The spread is actually 1.11-1.18 and the high today was 1.27 according to 4 traders. Don't know what's wrong with LSE- can't give an accurate picture of the spread or the sp half the time.

I'm not saying it's exactly the same. It's closer to what Oxford Biomedica do in extracting and reformulating cells etc. But VAL is in precision medicine- using a personalised approach to reduce or eliminate cancer. This news shows the potential of this approach in the broader sense. The industry are interested in things that show transformative potential. VAL is actually ready for a stage 3 trial for 401- much closer to be able to deliver an impact in the market than the stage 1 trial featured. The main point I'm trying to make is that we're invested in an exciting company in terms of it's high value potential. Investors need to take themselves more seriously. Sitting and staring at the share price is pretty bad for your mental health. Some investors just get more and more impatient and focus their impatience on the company. It's a sad way to spend your life- but it's also off-putting to new potential investors. It may well take some time to attract major investment. They are only just reaching a point when that's a serious possibility. Some posters here need to stop moaning. Get a life. Sell if you hate the company so much - but stop undermining my investment.

The FT and BBC main news has a preliminary trial result for a woman with advanced breast cancer who has had an oncological intervention ( after assessing the nature of her tumours to see the type of immune cells she had, using a compound alongside an injection of those type of cells to stimulate her own cells to kill the cancerous cells)- she has recovered fully and is still cancer free after two years. There will be a lot of renewed interest in VAL. This could be our time. A couple of US biotechs have had 100% sp increases today after good trial results for chronic diseases. PIs need to stop posting nonsense now and act like adults. Stop harassing the company.

It might have a negative impact tomorrow though. We started falling after the announcement came out and Siemens is down a bit too. Hope Trump gets impeached soon. He's so mad.

I suppose if the EU retaliate as they have threatened with tariffs on US blue jeans (as well as lots of other stuff) other pants/jeans products will seem relatively cheaper for everyone. Not ideal way to get a boost but for might have a little boost for now?

The lack of a transparent timeline for decision making is annoying. My assumption is that TYM submitted their response to key questions for the reconfirmation of the permit on 16th April and the SGU then invited responses from key stakeholders (RNS) -the sharing and distribution of papers to relevant parties could take a week. Then stakeholders would be given around 6 weeks to respond as is typically the case- that should bring us to some time in the next few days. Then the SGU would make a decision- maybe another 6 weeks. So I'll hold on to see if there's any improvement here for another 6 weeks or so. Any other views on this?

awarded 4th April 2018. I searched 'Storuman' on the SGU site (the mining authority)- the mining permit has been issued in the Storuman region. So- I'm still cheerful. You need to copy and paste the text because the English translation on site isn't comprehensive. Then use google translate. Let me know if you want the link- I'll find it again and share. It isn't easy to navigate.

For some reason LSE have the sp at the sell price (the advertised spread is always bigger than it really is) and other sites have it closer to the buy price showing more movement.
