I got the news alert on my screen when placing some orders and managed to grab 3500 more CAML at the close - shows as a sell!

I know they won’t rocket like the others but they are a safer play being on the doorstep and yield 11.75% atm.

Ob no guarantee that the full divi will be paid but copper just hit 4.9 and it theoretically should rocket if they gotta rewire Ukraine!

CAML got loads of cash and the mine just had solar and works to extended life.

Not being greedy but it could easily go back through 220 again and even 260. I’ll be slicing into rise!

During your research did you work out how much cash have and how much of a pull on funds the projects are?

Well my 876 looks pretty good now we are in the 900’s!

So pleased others have at last taken advantage of the drop and are now trading some!

Re the Trump tariffs - good for domestic DEC gas imo as less fiscal risk than Canadian energy.

10 year T Bond yields are off the 4.8 high but it’s a difficult call to know if they won’t go back up again!

Trump may well go against economic norms and push through rate cuts - similar to what Erdogan did in Turkey. That would help DEC lots!

Results on 17th March should be ok as we had good hedges and imo that data would have been shared under NDA with the banks to secure the Maverick deal.

That was my rational for buying together with the TA. I see this hacking its way to 1100 from here and may well slice some on the way.

This is a smash and grab trading play, but at least now there’s a four year window from a HC friendly government irrespective of some of the views you read here and elsewhere!

So it could actually go on a run with some gas price tailwinds and a resilient US economy giving a few years of yield and then sell and move on. Just gotta take it one step at a time!

What am I missing that Trump thinks is ‘beautiful’ about tariffs.

Surely all this will in a roundabout way just land on the US consumer and be inflationary. Well a double bubble as the USD weakens making goods even more expensive.

I get that that can amortise debt but that’s a heck of a lot of pain as it’s so far into the future!

It’s the uncertainty and deals that make this a great trading stock!

Here’s a tip. If you don’t think you are able to make money in a stock don’t buy it. And if you do buy try and spread your hard earned across a few. You can post on those as well then!

Else folk may just confuse you for a boiler room shorter or a very sad and bitter person like you know who or both!

My land buys in 530’s looking good already. Look at the 5 year - what an opportunity that was for a +7% solid yield!

Grabbed more Csn under 260 as well. Been a regular buyer there. Divi gone up for last 20 years! Getting +9.5% yield now!

Also topped up CAML - -any peace and that one should do well. Sp near lows and +11% yield - they got loads of cash. Mine still got plenty of life left and it’s in price now anyway!

Lots of my IT’s well blue now also topped up Seqi today and it’s just lifted!

I sold all my crt as got higher price than the bid so topping up elsewhere and adding a few new ones!

Us inflation print out 2.8% - lower than expected - but futures still down on trump recession!

Dec is a joy to trade! Made +40% there excluding dividends. Now in again.

Managed to grab more under the magic 260 today… I just keep nibbling at that price.

Divi soon and this should run up on any tangible cease fire news. Our metals are but a train ride away and the price of copper/zince etc should soar on demand.

People were excited by the hydrogen prospects. That’s now rightly been iced in favour of near term production and organic growth.

Punters looking in will be weighing up the timelines to a significant rerate in share price and figure that that’s towards the end of April.

You see on aim the BB’s tell me that most PI’s double their money every few weeks.

The reality is you do better to search out a stock like this where the SP has previously revealed its hand .

One where the BoD know what they are doing and have funded the meduim term!

But then that takes patience or some very well timed trades!

Gearing has just reduced from 38 to 32% gross.

It really isn’t an issue. Debt is about affordability not just quantity!

And worse some companies aren’t leveraged because they can’t raise debt!

UKW are doing well, and have lenders ready if needed.

That is a positive. Not all debt is bad!

With Trump crashing the USD bonds are going up and yields (the inverse) are coming down. It’s the T-Bond yield that has taken investors away from IT’s and REIT’s etc..

Imo the market is turning. Look at AGR and CRT, both of which I have sizeable positions in, for me, and they are now being taken over!

IT’s are cheap atm. They will be next. So take your carpetbagging positions! But I think UKW will be an acquirer rather than be acquired!

That RCF could come in handy!

The whole sector is due a slim down! It’s too cheap!
