So many raises on AIM/AQUIS or small caps in general are P&D and get retail to pick up the tabs!

Many are either forward sold, hedged or dumped on a spike.

And if directors get caught the wrong side there’s always options. And for those that go well there’s always cheap warrants!

But you know that!

Bixby has become a bit of an advisor in this space as he has an impressive track record of raising cash and delivering.

The deals he has done are subject to lock-ins at least with TIR I haven’t read the others. You can read the TIR detail here. Note how the same names are on the BoD’s for CYK and TIR.

TIR is the Bittensor play amongst other exciting things and CYK for treasury but both have organic businesses.

But yep many are pure pump and dump…. Does it bother me. Nope. I make a living in this space and although I don’t get em all right I do ok.

Think back to covid. There were a few winners but most faded away! Or even the helium plays that you know and likewise only a couple there will likely pull through.

SWC and COIN may pull through in the treasury space. Both were expensive but coin is now back to a buy esp if it goes to the last placing price but always average in and grab some profits irrespective of how it may hurt seeing it rise again!

TIR imo is special and looks like you agree!

Yep that’s another 1 mil indicative sell today in 3 trades and the market has soaked it up.

Won’t be long now for the balance to shift.

The spreadex hedges will probably close out as well once those trades are offloaded.

cheapy screenshots of the numbers. Typical Leningas oh and a 4m loan in there 2m of which is used to buy BTC.

Now leveraging to buy BTC is super high risk imo. They only mined 1m in BTC and thats nowhere enough to cover 15.4m loss!

850k left at end of year but for sure they will have some cash left from the last 4m placing to ease G&A.

But why do insti’s lend this lot cash…. They are so desperate get exposure to BTC via a third party! That’s what Leningas sniffed out and why some treasury stocks will do well.

I am sticking with COIN as they know the ropes and aren’t as likely to sail off with my cash or be hacked like some of the wannabes!

TIR is bagged in with em albeit only one of their investments, standard, has a stake in several treasury stocks. It’s akin to a treasury stock etf if you like with a bit of SWC, strategy, Metaplanet etc…

Then you got AROk an AI driven crpto trading bot now exceeding +88% success on super high volume trades!

But the biggie is the subnets, now two on the Bittensor ecosystem. Generating 70k usd pm and soon to double!

TIR, that one’s special and gonna be a megastock in the next few years imo. It’s doing revs already! Tokens that can convert to USD.

The TAK token is in demand and needed to use the ecosystem. The pharma, hi tech, universities etc can use a token network to share and develop ideas on a decentralised ecosystem that is independent of Microsoft, Amazon, OpenAI, etc . It runs more efficiently and 85% cheaper! Will be the next hi tech crypto super trend imo as it connect with the real world.

Crypto to power AI and an open source blockchain is such a logical step for high growth companies, universities and entrepreneurs.

TIR bounced back into the close today. Many folk panicked thinking it would get pulled down with the treasuries; buyers held off as lots don’t get it and just follow the trading herd. I wanted to get more but just couldn’t get on line today…Arrgh! But will add later.

As for COIN it’ll come good imo. I sold half on a double and then watched a +12 bagger in just a few weeks drop to a 6 bagger! But that’s the blessing of a free carry. You can switch off. Albeit now it’s a buy again imo.

Oh… TXP looking perky. Due a bounce as news due Friday then drill hits TD soon. So cheap that one. Value will out soooon, zzzz!

It will likely push the price up. air liquide get $1010/Mcf from nasa for security of supply. Those without offtake agreements could get a higher spot.

But really the drivers for the likes of hex and Mdh is the onshoring mantra; chips act; tech growth etc. more supply insecurity just adds to the narrative. So it will make mdh’s gas more in demand

No looks like they are seeking investor approval due to the anticipated amount of raises. Hence the paced of buying will slow so the SP has tanked.
