Trust me that comes from experience. It ain’t easy to hold huge returns and you gotta be selective according to the absolute fundi’s as well as outlook.

I cashed outta ARB way too early from 4.5p. I sold most when the directors did are around 35p (from memory). Then sold more higher. But had I held I would have bagged £2m!

But then only to see the sp vaporise according to today’s SP! But I have bagged that experience!

Point is though I got it big time wrong as didn’t even sell ARB at the mean even though I made life changing sums!

Then look at coin. I just made a sht load there taking a free carry plus a slice and now the remaining profits have vaporised albeit I am a buyer again now!

So I kinda did better there! But I must still improve.

I got TIR on that treasury trend, it’s not treasury, lol! And that’s gonna be a big payday imo!

Plus I have many other moonshots atm but there is a reason why HEX is the highest conviction buy and my top position in my whole pf atm as it keeps swapping places with SEPL that I bought from 80p up!

Is because I have in all my years of trading, Covid 10 baggers aplenty included, I have never seen such an opportunity as HEX.

Hence it gets the award of….

Oh and so many PI’s don’t see those opportunities and are thrown off by the price volatility the mechanics of which is to use volume to enable entries and exits! A change of the guard at various risk levels if you like.

And that’s why I have bought some stocks at a higher price than I previously sold them at; even at the expense of loosing a short term profit. Because I saw that the bigger prize is ahead and I got it wrong as the data had changed!

There ain't many traders that will tell ya that!

Many PI’s just can’t bring themselves to pay a higher price to buy back something they sold and they then live in the world of ‘if only!’ Or they watch the stock go up and await a pullback that never comes!

It’s a friigging nightmare and nobody has an answer!

But what I will say is always, always look at the underlying story.

Has that narrative changed and are the bod delivering against it?

That story ain’t changed here apart from becoming more accretive so there’s been more vix! But the narrative is now 1 year for production! The story hasn’t changed and HEX are exceeding against it.

I have taken advantage of the trading opportunity and actually have more cash to add here and elsewhere.

My comments are not derogatory towards AMRQ, apart from the broker, but I rate AMRQ v highly and also want as cheap as possible!

You will imo do very well here from a position of hold even at +100p imo! That’s more than can be said of many smallcaps!

I agree the prospectus RNS normally precedes or is in tandem with the capital raise.

I don’t blame the bod here though. This raise was called for by institutional investors and AMRQ acquiesced; understandably given the pressures on capital markets in the mining space.

It’s now been worded to address the delay but make no mistakes producing a prospectus is no mean task! They’d be fuming at the amount of work they had to do short term! I blame their brokers!

But question is. Is this a reason for the SP decline to below the last placings? I doubt it.

I think the institutional appetite is still here big time and we just have likes of Icelandic bank rebalancing.

PI’s gotta remember that the sp is a product of sells v buys.

There is oftentimes little to attribute to intrinsic value.

Yes I get shares can be undervalued so folk buy but my point is there is no reward for hold. So if 85% of investors are inert looking forward to a better day then the trading is dictated by the 15% volume of traders, but that’s even less on any given day! That’s why volume is key!

Atm, here institutional investors for the main part want in. They aren’t as bothered by the daily sp as PI’s as apart from longer view they have bigger pf’s!

So now we have an RNS which is a fk up and we have the usual placing flips. We also have more active PI traders like myself that have buy sell and recycle trigger pints which are playing out very well here.

So what’s the over all or rather my overall synopsis?

Well I have hedged to 76p as a penultimate buy zone and if that goes 69p.

But don’t assume those are absolute numbers as we tend to average in and average out. And I at least, for the most part, only back companies that have a bright future so if one gets it all wrong, again, lol!, you recover in the longer term!

AMRQ fits the bill perfect!

So there’s some of your 15% churn!

But I am flipping to buy and hold now esp if I get 76p again!

AMRQ - the real deal that one with top bod and shed loads of cash. Undergoing the Hokey Cokey from the last placing atm which was requested by insti’s at 85p coz they wanted a part of the Greenland gold and REE story.

Against that though Icelandic bank been selling a few but others are adding so no shakes.

I have been waiting for 76p to top up the trading pot there again. If that goes 69p may be on. But it’s a ‘safe’ trade as nameplate gold due h2. So you have a quality company that’s offering an entry below the placings atm.
