They are usually market maker price discovery trades or to encourage liquidity by moving the price/volume.

Sometimes they may post a scheme to encourage trading activity….

Occasionally you may like pages of single figure trades or lots of AT trades. Or lots of same number trades like 59 or 28 etc. That may occasionally be what they are trying to do. I see it lots on SEpL which is quite illiquid.

GST gone treasury today.

SWC raised +10m! At 3.25 to buy BTC.

All this treasury stuff will show in BTC soon.

I added more coin today at the bell for 23p. They are a web3/crypto play that have decades of experience. Also GMET on 11th to confirm shareholder approval for further buys. So align AofA = good governance.

I hope they will buy ETH & SOL to add some more diversity.

Ii said their regulator had been made away of social media posts ramping and leading investors to buy stock. Pump and dump!

But they offered no evidence and only some brokers have restricted trading. Surely if it was the FCA or MAR then it would apply to all brokers.

The FOS is the financial services regulator. They are appointed by parliament for dispute resolution not trading restrictions.

So the issue isn’t about the name of TIR it’s about some social media posts on telegram and WhatsApp ramping Tir.

You couldn’t make it up!

I have raised a complaint with ii. Imo They breached their terms by not allowing me to trade and place limit orders.

The social media pump and dump could equally have been a short and by removing trading they played into the shorters hands. Who knows. What a slippery slope that is! Where’s the next boiler room alleged scam that ii are going to play into!

They have 8 weeks to reply but said they usually reply earlier.

Page 3 shows that the onus is on the retail client to make investment decisions. Not ostensibly be led by ii with their trading restrictions.

Section 2.4 reiterates

Section 2.5 to 2.8 talks about introducing questioning for complex products. New areas wher the investor doesn’t have knowledge. So if you own aim stock already it’s not a new area.

Page 33 defines complex products as CFD, warrants, and shares not listed on a regulated market. AIM is regulated by the FCA!

So if you own similar instruments or indeed already own TIR I positioned it that ii are in breach of the Terms of Service.

Sepl - been a few biggies there Tro, vid out today. Aquisition embedding and pipeline coming on by end year. All very accretive and should mean more divi hikes soon. Been an income and capital gain winner for me. Being Nigeria and a rapidly expanding economy and demographic almost everyone wants to be their friends!

Hex news tomorrow or Thursday me thinks. Sp will prob go down again before going through 30p! lol!

Coin - I timed my buy well. Was looking to ad more but decided to see what price the next placing is at. Just gonna keep working that one now as pretty liquid for AQSE

PersonalI will just keep adding for a free carry. So buy say 25p, sell half a 50p.

I used some of my free money to add more. If that doubles I will sell half again and try and repeat but leave my core position in there for the longer journey.

But if the volumes go sill I may leave all in and then add more on the next t pull back.

So still not quite decided. But I see 50p for now.

I have cash on side waiting for funding. 10p seems more likely than 20p. However, it may not dip below the placing price as I suspect many are waiting for clarity before buying. Could as equally see a relief rally as the usual AIM post placement dip!

I just don’t see the AB money landing and legals will take an age even with a strong case. Then what if the source doesn’t pay. They can just go bankrupt and change their name again. None of that helps ops as money is needed now.

Mind you that was ‘last week’s’ story which was different from the ‘week before’! So who knows.

Hence a little in and a lot out and then average back in or not is my plan.

Coin.pl I think the bottom was in but more shares to be placed if ya wanna wait. 15m due tomorrow and 6m broker shares on 11th.

Anyways I bought some early doors. I know I paid more for some of the ones I sold. But I paid less than the 22p placing and more than the 18p one moving my average to 9.8p now.

Some folk can’t get around paying more to buy back. But the data has changed and the chart looks excellent. Also meeting with holders soon which imo is good governance and the market may like that.

There’s no restrictions on the amount of equity a company can raise unless it’s self imposed in the AofA. (LEO AI)

But yes a combo of debt and equity seems likely with probably more wasted legal fees!

It would just be great if for once, just once this BoD could deliver one thing when they say they will!

I note CAML are bidding for NWS. I wish they would buy this lot out or someone does that can deliver this asset!
