The staircase!25 Jul 2025 08:12
So the company keeps on delivering at pace but the SP remains stubbornly below broker and pundit ratings.
With each little pull back some folk think that’s it then it moves forward and the next pullback is less than the previous one. Then before you know it the sp spends more time comfortably in the higher sp range 24.5-27.5p
As each RNS drops the market becomes more convinced. We know that from our new insti investor whose intent seems to be a long term support of the company.
But surely these optics of progressive positive newsflow and greater investibility are the makings of a growing SP.
Well at least for those with a longer term view it negates the itch to sell.
Whilst we climb the staircase somewhat erratically, imo something out of the blue is gonna cause us to rush up a couple of flights all in one go catching many out.
That could be the flow tests or the reserves but these may just be a few steps up.
For me the news that climbs several flights could just be the return to iggy, and then again when we drill and again on results.
But also a significant offtake agreement.
Even though the terms will very likely be confidential, news of a significant US blue chip buyer probably on some sort of pay, take or leave basis will really propel us!
That will be the tangible ‘security of supply’ evidence of the reality of ‘exponential growth’ narrative in the Helium space that the market really wants to see. And of course Minchi’s divi!
Who in this industry is the most likely person capable of delivering such deals. That imo is the value of Rudyard and the real sp catalyst for HEX!
Meanwhile like I say, imo find Hydrogen in useful quantities and HEX goes to a bigger fish. The bod get directorships and/or a huge payday.
So whilst we are sat on the stairs atm looking up to the top don’t get off as you could miss the rush to the top!
That’s not saying one shouldn’t slice along the way or trade a few if thats what works for you as the world and macro is what it is.
But I am definitely leaving a large position here to catch that rush to the top on a story that becomes even more derisked with each RNS!
50% tariffs on helium anybody! lol!
Usual caveats
