That’s after you have signed a disclaimer so it prevents you using limit orders. Said I could do the COIN placing only the be told after that my application was ten minutes late when they didn’t state any time restrictions! There’s even more … many micro caps they won’t allow trading now. They think they are protecting you from likes of telegram ramping but all that can happen is the same groups can use it to short stocks knowing likes of ii can stop trading or put in restrictions - madness!

I still don’t get it. Isn’t this dilution?

Why wasn’t it done much earlier at a way higher SP so that the ‘bond holder’ could see the company had a clean balance sheet. Don’t say it’s hindsight as I have been saying this since 40p! In March 2023 the sp recovered to +40p. The sp has dropped since because they never took enough cash and I suspect a lot of these shares were forward sold earlier on the LOI and the big round numbers we had since!

All this time as I understand it we have now been clocking up a 4% coupon and 1% premium for exceeding the nine months on the first payment and been giving away discounted equity that investors would very likely have taken up initially!

640k isn’t going to last. If the bondholder wants to see more progress we just keep going around in circles of a lower sp and more brutal dilution.

Having a load of second hand kit ready to build a mine is great but knowing that mining is seldom straightforward are you going to hand over say 35m. A couple of million at a push imo until you see things running like clockwork. And would you want your bond capital used to cover debt interest. I doubt it so there still could be more dilution.

Today is a breather. That’s about it. A bounce if we are lucky followed by lower lows imo until we have something more concrete.

After this mess the best way forward now imo is to bring someone else in with deeper pockets. If we only have 10% of empire then give up half the 90% in exchange for finance while there’s still life here!

So this has gone from a bid of 1.5 to 2.04 and an ask of 1.74 to 2.5 in c 700k trades in just a few sessions, I haven’t counted exactly but you get my point.

This is why it spiked to +7p and why imo it will breeze to 10p post RTO!

Don’t know why they didn’t just grab more in August considering it was oversubscribed. They have now possibly paid extra fee warrants!

Don’t worry about spread imo. It’s part and parcel of microcap trading.

When we had the stupid treasury spike the spread came right in due to volume.

Atm this is imo in the buy zone so the sell price isn’t relevant.

I started buying here at 5p (from memory) and sold a load on the treasury spike then bought them back cheaper. Now got my average a fraction under 3p which I think will be the RTO price.

So buyers now are getting in around 45% below my average and probably more below long term holders averages.

But those with higher averages aren’t too bothered because we are not selling yet and we know that once the cheaper shares get bought this can easily move up +50% even on low volumes

So it’s really just a case of understanding the market mechanics of what you have invested in then you can chill.

This is why I tend to gauge these stocks by mcap as opposed to sp. I think we have a 20m company, so a 10m mcap represents a huge discount to that and a good profit opportunity leaving a free carry. So I am now overweight here with a view to going equal weight later. Not many folk will admit to that!

I also did same on HEX and posted as much. Now on a free carry there to £1. lol! And did the same several times on HE1 before exiting.

A 2m mcap here is just silly and is priced as such because we are on AQSE and the RTO is always caveated.

The RTO has been delayed several times now. Why because it’s linked to Rost as that will change the dynamics of the prospectus significantly. The other reason is because we will be listing on AIM. We are waiting for the brokers to sort that out so we don’t have to do the prospectus twice

Both of these elements are timebound and now near term.

But then if I was so clever I would have a sub 2p average! But we can’t call everything right! I’m over it! Good luck to 2p buyers is my view!

I see you bought MDH. I just added a small amount to get my average just below 3p which I think will be the RTO price.

Anyone looking in. It’s a steel at 1.89p atm. £2m mcap, the only London listed Helium producer with a well, Rost at 5.2% Helium about to come on line!

Spread is dire though but will be moving to AIM soon.

I had an order on this stupid market to pick up 50k at 1.9p. Hasn’t gone through. So I cancelled it and bought manually immediately for cheaper!

Sooner we get to the other casino the better! lol!

Reports out say helium prices are set to rise due to tech and healthcare demand. That will be good for US producers imo.

With the current tariff backdrop, just the fear of DJT putting tariffs on heluim is enough to bias buyers to domicile producers. Why would you risk a contract with Qatar or even Iran if it could all change over night!

Atm MDH is the only London listed producer.

My bet is that this £2m mcap will change significantly with liquidity. Based on what… we’ll look at the spike here following the treasury news. Those quick enough could sell at +7p!

It’s anticipated that this will list at 3p. Still way too cheap imo.

I see 10p here which is only £20m mcap pdq, obviously news dependant.

That Rost news is imminent then the prospectus, then the RTO. Possibly a short suspension until we relist on AIM where we should see that liquidity.

Many platforms do not allow trading on AQUIS.

Exciting times ahead and imo 2p won’t last that much longer!

Results look good. Just a note that they have spent less on capex which has inflated cash a tad. But new year divi is declared and it’s paying another nice juicy dividend! I still have a target of £14 in mind but staying invested now for that income!

PXC tro - I am expecting a raise sub 2.5p, or at least below the last 2.82p. Need cash by end of month. I just can’t see the prospective bond buyer handing over cash that will be used to leverage the balance sheet. Surely they would want to see that clean first so that the cash goes on capex and not debt!

My view v v risky buy but not yet.

New money Average in in small amounts to try and stay in touch with the sp.

If you are in then hold some or sell some and buy them back cheaper if it’s not to late.

I really don’t know what they expected after that IP. The naivety is palpable!

We miss raising cash at discount to 40p, 30p, 20p, 10p and now what .,,Riverfort are going to want below 2.82p!

Shareholders could have been better off on the bottom line with a few more shares at 40p than what is now looking like a lot more shares sub 3p on holding that are for most now way under water.

Even my 5p now looks dire! …..If that’s not dilution then what is!

I quoted HREE premium placing, then there’s AMRQ with 45m raised at the request of insti’s lots from US, similar at SVML with majors also taking a stake. Sorry the money’s not there doesn’t wash. Especially with a US asset. It’s the Bod and the absent CFO in particular that are just not up to it imo!

Even if they get the bonds the asset is what will be underwriting it. The terms may still get tougher. The bondholder will surely demand a clean balance sheet. There’s still so far to go and the legals will likely generate more questions.

I need more clarity before averaging down.

Yep a nice boring surprise! Perfect for steady income esp after DJT provided a welcome top up opportunity for us long termers!

My worry is the solvency 2 ratio up 3% at 217%. This is not what Rachel from accounts wants. I hope LGEN stay the path of more risk averse investing and are not politically pressurised to prop up govt investment mismanagement.

The state of over-runs at HS2 & the nuclear projects due to poor contract management frighten me. PPP is all well and good when it has financial discipline. Something that seems to have gone amiss recently!

My view is the govt would be better investing in the likes of LGEN and taking dividends for taxpayers leaving private enterprise to do more on time and on budget and being held to account!

Still happy to take the divi’s and watch the world go by! Just keel your hands off my ISA!

Admission that they made a mistake regarding premature commitment by the shareholder. But it’s not a first is it. So many failed self imposed deadlines!

They really need a quality CFO. Someone that can tie deals down instead of playing catch-up and being hoodwinked!

This has gone on too long now.

Another deal with Riverfort will mean more dilution at a lower price.

We have just pulled up from the last short term loan conversion of 4.8m shares at 2.82p in June followed by the 500k placing at 4p.

I think both of these have put pressure on the SP. But anyone putting up more cash now will want cheaper.

I just can’t see the potential bondholder(s) putting up cash unless PXC have raised capital to cover debt. Else they are just financing their debt when they want their monies to be used for mining to generate a return on the bonds. I would want to see the company raise equity to cover debt before I would commit to CAPEX via a bond.

The agm has cleared the way forward….

My view is just get it done!

There are only 225m shares in issue at a 8m mcap. They could get their 2m or more from a discounted placing giving us all chance to average down and tie it to the bonds. Surely the bond investor(s) would be much more accommodating with a clean balance sheet. And yes this could have been done years ago together with a JV at 40p!

Short term pain and then the license and we dig!

At the moment there are just too many moving parts even the license is “it takes as long as it takes’. Not on average it take w months or 6 months. No idea. Time is money….

But we are where we are… on hope still!
